The headrest unit includes: a second packing unit of a ring shape arranged to face the first packing unit of the fixing unit; a flexible body extended from the second packing unit to form an air chamber to be filled with air; a support plate disposed on an end of the flexible body to cover the air chamber to support the head of a user; and a second rotary coupling unit connected to the second packing unit to tightly attach the second packing unit to the first packing unit or coupled to the first rotary coupling unit to be relatively rotated to move to be separated from the first packing unit.
