Specifically, the method of manufacturing an insulating plastic greenhouse using air caps comprises the steps of: (1) winding an embossing sheet around a suction roll, and at the same time, winding a first upper sheet around the same to adsorb the same; (2) applying heat to an outer side of the suction roll by using a heater; (3) attaching a second lower sheet to a lower part of the embossing sheet by using a second lower sheet combining roller; (4) attaching a third upper outer skin to an upper part of the first upper sheet by using a third upper outer skin combining roller; (5) thermally bonding a fourth lower outer skin to a lower part of a second lower sheet by using a fourth lower outer skin combining roller; and (6) installing a temperature sensor in the heater, and if a control unit generates an alarm signal based on a result from the temperature sensor, generating an alarm sound continuously through an error signal automatic generation unit (1000).
