Aluminum extrusion mold
This invention relates to an aluminum extrusion mold, including a male unit and a female unit. The female unit is formed at an interior center thereof with a through hole. The perimeter of the through hole includes radially extending fins. The conduct in the male unit is provided at an interior center thereof with diversion bridges, for diverting heated aluminum molten into plural streams. This invention is characterized in that, the inner edge of the interior conduit in the male unit is formed with baffle rings that converge the aluminum molten streams under high temperature and high pressure towards the center due to the baffling effect provided by the baffling rings, so as to ensure solid fusions of all the aluminum streams prior to entering the female unit again for forming heat sinks.
