SOLAR ENERGY HEAT-STORAGE DEVICE AND METHOD MAKING IT

A solar energy heat-storage device is disclosed and the solar energy heat-storage device includes a sealing metal shell. Two conductive liquid outlets are opened on the metal shell, and one outlet is a cold-end outlet and another outlet is a hot-end outlet. A solid heat-storage medium is provided in the metal shell and the solid heat-storage medium is composed of multiple solid heat-storage bricks. The heat-storage bricks are made of glass or the mixture of glass and sandstone. At least two channels, grooves or notches through which the conductive liquid is communicated are provided in the heat-storage bricks or on the surface of the heat-storage bricks. Communication passages through which the conductive liquid is communicated are formed by the channels, grooves or notches in the heat-storage brick or between the heat-storage bricks adjacent to each other. A method that makes the solar energy heat-storage device mentioned above is disclosed.
