METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SENDING THE INFORMATION ABOUT CHANNEL STATE INFORMATION-REFERENCE SIGNAL, AND USER EQUIPMENT THEREIN

The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for sending the information about Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS), and a user equipment therein. The method includes that a network side attaches the information about CSI-RS to the system message of a cell (S302), and the user equipment obtains the information about the CSI-RS from the system message (S304), wherein, the information about the CSI-RS includes at least one of the followings: the sending period of the CSI-RS, the number of the ports for the CSI-RS and the sending position parameters of the CSI-RS. The present invention ensures that all the user equipments in the cell can receive the information about the CSI-RS.
