The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a molded filter article capable of reducing heating time and offering minimal limitation on the type of binder, while also enabling manufacturing costs to be reduced. The method for manufacturing a molded filter article comprises: a first step for filling a die module (1) with a mixture containing an adsorbent material and a hot-melt binder; a second step for applying heat in the die module (1) and melting the hot-melt binder; and a third step for releasing the mixture from the die module (1), wherein the method is characterized in that microwaves are emitted and the mixture is heated during the second step.
