The present invention relates to a two-stage compressor unit having a triple trochoidal rotor and a compressor system having the same and, more specifically, to a compressor system comprising: a compressor unit having a triple trochoidal rotor which includes a first rotor, a second rotor, a third rotor, a casing, a second suction port, a first suction port, a second discharge port, and a first discharge port; and a driving unit which allows an external working fluid to be sucked into the suction ports by rotating the first, second, and third rotors, and which also allows the working fluid sucked into the suction ports to be discharged from the discharge ports in a compressed state. The present invention, as configured above, comprises the compressor unit having the triple trochoidal rotor such that working fluid can be compressed in two stages whereby the working fluid can be transferred at a high pressure, and a suction amount and a discharge amount of the working fluid are increased, thereby providing a fast and high-pressure compression performance.
