The present invention provides an earthquake-proof pipe connecting device which is configured to stably maintain a connection part by a first fixing ring and a second fixing ring and prevent breakdown of or damage to the connection part even when installed pipes are inclined in misaligned directions due to occurrence of an earthquake.
