The present invention relates to a machining device capable of manufacturing a floorboard and, more specifically, to a side groove machining device of a floorboard manufacturing apparatus which can precisely machine a groove portion for assembly in a process of machining the groove portion while maintaining the right position, machine grooves while automatically and sequentially transporting wooden floorboards, and effectively remove dust created in the machining process to increase machining precision and product quality in manufacturing floorboards forming a floor by coupling and assembling the floorboards in a building.
