A process for obtaining biopolymeric nanoparticles containing A. Juss (Neem) is described, which comprises, in Phase I, in (), preparing an aqueous emulsion of Neem oil and extracts, in Phase II, in (), preparing a biopolymer solution in organic solvent, followed by mixture of both Phases I and II, and, in Phase III, in (), preparing an aqueous emulsion of a surfactant and adding it to the Phase I and II mixture, affording a nanoparticle suspension which is stabilized. Biopolymeric nanoparticles and powder microparticles obtained are also described. 1Azadirachta indica. Process for obtaining biopolymeric nanoparticles containing A. Juss. (Neem.) oil and extracts , said process being characterized in that it comprises the steps of:{'sup': '−1', 'a) Providing oil, from ground Neem almonds with average particle diameter between 10 and 30 μm, which is enriched with from 1 to 10,000 mg kgazadirachtin using Neem extracts;'}{'b': '10', 'b) Forming in () an aqueous nanoemulsion (Phase I) by vigorously stirring from 0.5 to 10% (m/v) said Neem oil, from 0.1 to 5% (m/v) Neem extracts from step a), and from 0.1 to 2% (m/v) non-ionic surfactant selected from sorbitan monostearate for two to seven minutes;'}{'b': '20', 'c) Dissolving in (), under stirring and heating at 40° C.-50° C., from 0.1 to 2.0% (m/v) biopolymer in polar organic solvent selected from acetone and ethyl alcohol and mixtures thereof in any ratio, affording a biopolymer solution in said solvent (Phase II);'}{'b': 1', '3', '40, 'd) Slowly pouring via L, by means of a peristaltic pump, the biopolymer solution from step c) onto the nanoemulsion from step b) under stirring, with diffusion of the organic solvent in the aqueous phase via L, and deposition of the polymer on the oil-water interface, resulting, by mixing Phase I and Phase II, in pre-formed biopolymeric nanoparticle colloidal suspensions () having pH between 4.0 and 7.0, said suspensions setting for a time period of 10 minutes;'}{'b': '30', 'e) Preparing ...
