A poppet valve assembly to control a pneumatic actuator may include a housing having a central bore. A first module may be disposed within the central bore, and the first module may have a first and second poppet valve. A second module may also be disposed within the central bore, and the second module may have a third and fourth poppet valve. A supply of pressurized fluid may be in fluid communication with a plurality of control valves such that pressurized fluid from the control valves opens and closes the poppet valves. The supply of pressurized fluid may also be in fluid communication with the first module and the second module such that the opening and closing of the poppet valves controls the position of the pneumatic actuator. 1. A method for monitoring input power to an electronically commutated motor (ECM) is described. The method includes determining, with a processing device, an average input current to the motor, the average input current based on a voltage drop across a shunt resistor in series with the motor, measuring an average input voltage applied to the motor utilizing the processing device, multiplying the average input current by the average voltage to determine an approximate input power, and communicating the average input power to an external interface. 1. A method of protecting a motor controller of an electric motor , said method comprising:determining, with a processing device, an average input current to the motor based on a voltage drop across a shunt resistor in series with the motor;measuring at least one voltage;determining, with the processing device, an average input voltage applied to the motor based on the at least one measured voltage;multiplying the average input current by the average input voltage to determine an average input power; andsetting a maximum power limit for the motor controller based on the average input power.2. A method in accordance with claim 1 , further comprising maintaining the average input power below the maximum power limit.3. An input shaft is rotatably supported by the housing and a worm wheel has a first and a second side, the second side of the worm wheel defining a clutch drive. The worm wheel is disposed within the housing and intermeshes with the input shaft such that when the input shaft is driven, the input shaft drives the worm wheel and the clutch drive about a rotational axis. A sleeve has an outer surface which defines an annular groove. The sleeve has a driven end and an output end. The driven end of the sleeve cooperates with the clutch drive of the worm wheel for selective engagement of the clutch drive and the driven end of the sleeve. A clutch actuating handle is rotatably supported by the housing. The clutch actuating handle has a first and a second end. The second end of the clutch actuating handle defines an offset clutch driver which slidably cooperates with the annular groove of the sleeve. The arrangement is such that when the handle is rotated relative to the housing, the offset clutch driver rides within the annular groove for urging the sleeve axially along the rotational axis so that in a first axial disposition of the sleeve, the clutch drive of the worm wheel and the driven end of the sleeve are engaged relative to each other so that the sleeve is rotated by the worm wheel about the rotational axis. A detection circuit for converting a control signal while maintaining electrical isolation between a first ground and a second ground. The detection circuit includes a first input configured to receive the control signal; a gate signal input configured to receive a gate signal; a transformer; an isolator; a rectifier; and an output electrically connected to the rectifier, the output configured to output the converted control signal. The transformer is configured to receive the control signal from the first input, transform the control signal into a transformed control signal, and output the transformed control signal. The isolator is configured to receive the gate signal from the gate signal input, and control the transformer in response to the gate signal. The rectifier is configured to receive the transformed control signal from the transformer, and convert the transformed control signal to a converted control signal.

The rotor sleeve of claim 1 , wherein said sleeve does not have sealant on at least one of a sleeve inner periphery surface and a sleeve outer periphery surface.3. The rotor sleeve of claim 1 , wherein said sleeve further comprises said sealant on at least one of a sleeve inner periphery surface and a sleeve outer periphery surface.4. The rotor sleeve of claim 1 , wherein said sealant is applied in substantially the entire space between said adjacent laminations from said inner periphery to said outer periphery.5. A control board is coupled to the inner surface, wherein the printed circuit board includes a first side, a second side and an edge located between the first side and the second side. The housing further includes a first circuit coupled to the first side which includes a plurality of first electrical components. Each first electrical component includes a tab extending beyond the edge. A second circuit is coupled to the second side and a fastener assembly is coupled to the tab and the inner surface. 1. A manual valve operator with override clutch apparatus is disclosed for selectively actuating a valve. The apparatus includes an operator housing defining an enclosure. An input shaft is rotatably supported by the housing and a worm wheel has a first and a second side, the second side of the worm wheel defining a clutch drive. The worm wheel is disposed within the housing and intermeshes with the input shaft such that when the input shaft is driven, the input shaft drives the worm wheel and the clutch drive about a rotational axis. A sleeve has an outer surface which defines an annular groove. The sleeve has a driven end and an output end. The driven end of the sleeve cooperates with the clutch drive of the worm wheel for selective engagement of the clutch drive and the driven end of the sleeve. A clutch actuating handle is rotatably supported by the housing. The clutch actuating handle has a first and a second end. The second end of the clutch actuating handle defines an offset clutch driver which slidably cooperates with the annular groove of the sleeve. The arrangement is such that when the handle is rotated relative to the housing, the offset clutch driver rides within the annular groove for urging the sleeve axially along the rotational axis so that in a first axial disposition of the sleeve, the clutch drive of the worm wheel and the driven end of the sleeve are engaged relative to each other so that the sleeve is rotated by the worm wheel about the rotational axis. However, when the sleeve is disposed in a second axial disposition thereof, the driven end of the sleeve is disengaged relative to the clutch drive of the worm wheel. A driven shaft has a first and a second end, the second end of the driven shaft being connected to the valve.
