Катушечный высевающий аппарат для высева мелкосеменных культур, содержащий корпус, установленные на приводном валу муфту и желобчатую катушку, между которыми установлена шайба с мелкозубчатым профилем и соединенным с ней кольцом с диаметрами, равными диаметру желобчатой катушки, соединенной с упомянутой шайбой. Мелкозубчатый профиль шайбы образован усеченными правильными четырехугольными пирамидами, расположенными в два ряда по ее профилю симметрично, справа и слева относительно секущей плоскости, перпендикулярной оси вращения шайбы и проходящей через середину ее профиля. Плоскости симметрии двух усеченных пирамид одного ряда, проходящие через ось вращения шайбы, отклонены друг от друга по ее окружности. Усеченные пирамиды одного ряда шайбы смещены относительно усеченных пирамид другого ее ряда. Каждая усеченная пирамида одного ряда расположена в промежутке между двумя усеченными пирамидами другого ряда. Ниже шайбы с мелкозубчатым профилем, на рабочей поверхности донца высевающего аппарата зафиксировано съемное утолщение, опорная криволинейная грань которого выполнена по форме рабочей поверхности донца. На приводном валу между шайбой с мелкозубчатым профилем и муфтой установлена свободно ограничительная пластина с диаметром, равным диаметру шайбы, и с отбортовкой, которая расположена между рабочей поверхностью донца высевающего аппарата и опорной криволинейной гранью утолщения. Размеры отбортовки равны размерам опорной криволинейной грани утолщения. Изобретение позволит улучшить равномерность распределения семян мелкосеменных культур по площади рассева, уменьшить травмирование семян, выполнить точную и малую норму высева, получить экономию семян, повысить надежность работы высевающего аппарата, снизить трудоемкость выполняемых работ при переходе на посев другой культуры. 8 ил. In order to develop further the machine for the discharge of seed and fertilizers, the fine-sowing wheels have two tooth rings of small teeth arranged next to one another and the conveying wheels for the fertilizers are designed as fertilizer sowing wheels.

ABSTRACT The invention relates to seed metering and particle dispensing wheels and to mechanism for mounting such wheels or other rotative elements to a shaft. The wheel has a C-shaped major part with a central opening for receiving the shaft, the free edges of the major part defining a slot ex-tending from the opening to the wheel periphery. A minor part is receivable in the slot to complete the wheel. The minor part at its inner end. and the shaft, are provided with cooperating surfaces which, when engaged, provide a drive connection between the shaft and the wheel. To remove a wheel from the shaft the minor part is withdrawn from the slot and the major part moved transversely of the shaft so that the shaft passes through the empty slot. Replacement or additional wheels can be assembled to the shaft using the reverse procedure. The major and minor parts can have cooperating detents thereon to lock them together, the locking force of which can be overcome if the wheel binds while the shaft tries to rotate, so that the driving engagement between the shaft and wheel is disrupted and little or no damage to the wheel results.

A novel seed metering device which accommodates a large diversity of seed types and sizes by utilizing a rotating two crevice helical pattern in which individual seeds are channeled around two opposing rotors and dispensed singularly or volumetrically based on desired outcome. The two opposing rotors, each with a half set of creviced helical patterns, are adjustable to open and close in order to accommodate seed size and type. When the rotors are adjusted all the way in, the primary crevice is closed and the secondary crevice remains open for the smaller seed sizes to pass through and evenly dispense. As the rotors are adjusted out away from each other, incremental increases can be achieved in order to find the ideal crevice width to accommodate the seed diameter for singular or even disbursement.
