本发明公开了一种解决非洲菊培养材料褐变的培养瓶,包括培养瓶体,所述培养瓶体的上端设置有瓶盖,所述培养瓶体的内部上端安装有微生物过滤膜,所述培养瓶体的下端固定安装有滤网,滤网既能够承载培养材料,又能够使培养材料吸收到培养基,保证培养材料对通气的要求,所述培养瓶体的底端一侧开设有排液口,且所述排液口处连接有排液管。本发明采用塑料材质的培养瓶体对非洲菊进行培养,培养过程中非洲菊产生的褐变分泌物定期通过排液管排出,然后重新注入过滤了微生物的无菌液体培养基,能够有效解决非洲菊培养材料发生褐变时对植物产生的影响。
