Изготавливают перчатку для чистых помещений, полученную из эластомера, содержащего 25-30% по массе акрилонитрила, 62-71% по массе бутадиена и 4-8% по массе ненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты (итого 100% по массе), а также химически активное виниловое соединение и металлический сшивающий агент. При этом перчатка не содержит серу в качестве сшивающего агента или в качестве ускорителя вулканизации. Сшивка сформирована посредством связи с использованием химически активного винилового соединения и части карбоксильных групп ненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты, а остальная часть карбоксильных групп связывается через металлический сшивающий агент, такой как оксид цинка. There is provided a method and novel formulations for printing images on a latex rubber surface. An ink containing natural or synthetic rubber, a pigment dispersion, and an aromatically unsaturated solvent medium for said rubber is used. The stability of the image is improved providing to the rubber molecules of the ink, an agent, such as an aryl diisocyanate, that will form a tough, flexible, chemically resistant matrix between the rubber molecules of the ink, the base coat, where present and the latex surface. A base coat may be used upon the latex surface to anchor the printing ink thereto. This base coat can comprise a natural rubber in an aromatically unsaturated solvent and may also contain the aryl diisocyanate. The method may be improved by certain post printing steps such as heating and curing the printed product.

A liquid rubber composition comprises a latex, a vulcanizing agent, and an antimicrobial agent selected from a halide of silver, gold, or zinc. Preferably, the antimicrobial agent comprises silver chloride and the vulcanizing agent comprises sulphur. The latex may be natural rubber, which has been optionally modified to reduce its protein content or may be a synthetic latex, such as polyisoprene. Typically, 100ml of the composition has a viscosity of no more than 15 seconds when measured using a #5 Ford Flow Cup at 16-18ºC. The composition may be vulcanized to make a solid rubber product with antimicrobial properties. The product may be in the form of a latex glove or a rubber sheet. In a further aspect, the use of zinc oxide as an antimicrobial agent in a liquid rubber or vulcanized rubber composition is disclosed.

A single use disposable glove having two or more layers with a thickness which can range from 0.02 mm to 0.04 mmm for food handling with satisfactory formfitting and durability, all the way up to about 0.10 mm and above for heavy duty applications while still maintaining comfort like that of natural and synthetic rubbers. Materials such as styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene (SEBS) or styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) may be used to produce single use disposable gloves employing the cutting and sealing method. The use of these compositions could have a thickness between about 0.02 mm and about 0.1 mm or above. More importantly, the use of these compositions in the cutting and sealing process would yield a glove having better elasticity. The film quality using the various extrusion techniques would outperform a glove produced by the dipping process, not only in integrity (pinhole rate) but also in a thickness profile (uniformity). 1. A method of producing a disposable glove comprising the steps of:extruding at least two layers of planar thermoplastic elastomer films having a thickness of between about 0.02 mm and about 0.1 mm;placing said planar thermoplastic elastomer films on top of one another on a flat surface;providing a heated template knife in the shape of the glove to be produced on top of said planar thermoplastic elastomer films;applying pressure to said heated template knife resulting in simultaneously cutting a hand shape from said planar thermoplastic elastomer films thereby producing a glove comprising a portion of each of said planar thermoplastic elastomer films; andsealing a portion of the periphery of each of said planar thermoplastic elastomer films of said glove shape together to produce a glove having a thickness of between about 0.02 mm and about 0.1 mm and deformation of between 5% and 30% after a 100% stretch.2. In one embodiment, unique pH variation-resistant alkaline ionic water is produced from a novel strongly-alkaline ionic water generator device, wherein the unique pH variation-resistant alkaline ionic water is subsequently utilized as a beneficial solvent that contributes to the feasibility of the novel ultrasonic oscillation-induced sericin extraction method at room temperature. The high-molecular-weight sericin solution produced and coated in a glove provides a high coating adhesion for economical manufacturing of sericin-coated gloves, while also providing superb skin moisturizing and protection properties. Furthermore, once coated in a glove, the high molecular weight of sericin beneficially resists a rapid skin seepage of sericin to human skin layers, thereby acting as natural moisturizing factor (NMF) simulants on top of the human skin layers when the glove is worn. 1. A synthetic polyisoprene latex emulsion has pre-vulcanization composition and post vulcanization composition. The pre-vulcanization composition comprises soluble sulfur with high Sring structure that is catalytically broken by a zinc dithiocarbamate. Surfactants present in the pre-vulcanization composition wets synthetic polyisoprene particles and permeates small sized sulfur and accelerator molecules into the interior of these particles thereby pre-vulcanizing the particles. The degree of pre-vulcanization is verified by isopropanol index test. The latex emulsion has post-vulcanization composition with accelerators that crosslink inter-particle region during post vulcanization cure cycle. The dipped synthetic polyisoprene article is substantially uniformly cured both in the inter-particle and intra-particle regions and reliably exhibits high cross link density, uniform distribution of double bonds in TEM and zinc segregation at the boundaries or original particles by electron microprobe analysis. The films exhibit high tensile strength, tensile modulus, tear strength, burst pressure and burst volume. 1. A synthetic polyisoprene latex emulsion has pre-vulcanization composition and post vulcanization composition. The pre-vulcanization composition comprises soluble sulfur with high S 8 ring structure that is catalytically broken by a zinc dithiocarbamate. Surfactants present in the pre-vulcanization composition wets synthetic polyisoprene particles and permeates small sized sulfur and accelerator molecules into the interior of these particles thereby pre-vulcanizing the particles. The degree of pre-vulcanization is verified by isopropanol index test. The latex emulsion has post-vulcanization composition with accelerators that crosslink inter-particle region during post vulcanization cure cycle. The dipped synthetic polyisoprene article is substantially uniformly cured both in the inter-particle and intra-particle regions and reliably exhibits high cross link density, uniform distribution of double bonds in TEM and zinc segregation at the boundaries or original particles by electron microprobe analysis. The films exhibit high tensile strength, tensile modulus, tear strength, burst pressure and burst volume.

Hair dye composition and method of dyeing hair that targets only at least one grey part using a permanent hair dye component comprising a specific volume percentage of a particulate pigment to permanent hair dye component. The purpose of some embodiments of the invention is to delay the need for women to dye their hair in full. At least one pigment particle (about 0.0770 ml or about 1/64th of a teaspoon) may be added to a bottle of 71 ml of permanent hair dye, which allows the permanent hair dye composition to become visible and allows for more accuracy during application. Using small quantities of 5 cc per application (hair dye: 2.5 ml; developer: 2.5 ml) reduces the amount of dye applied to needless areas of the hair. The use of a make-up sponge stick allows for better accuracy. The composition is multi-use, and provides for 28 applications (71 ml bottle of dye and 71 ml of developer), and will save users time and money. All these characteristics provide for a hair dye composition that significantly reduces the amount of harmful chemicals applied to users' hair.
