A glove provides high palm shear force and reduced finger shear force when pulling elongated articles such as a rope, a rod, and the like. A high shear material is applied to a glove palm and a low shear material is applied to inner glove finger surfaces. The fingers are still used to grasp the elongated article, but the shear pulling force on the fingers is reduced and the shear pulling force on the palm is increased. The present invention further discloses a method for preparing a highly cut-resistant ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, comprising: adding nanocrystalline silicon carbide particles to a solvent, and repeatedly grinding by a sand mill; adding a ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, and the silicon carbide nanoparticles to a solvent, and mixing until uniform by stirring by a homogenizer with high shear, to obtain a spinning solution; and subjecting the spinning solution to conventional gelation spinning, and extracting and hot drawing the gel filament spun, to obtain a composite fiber. In the present invention, by introducing the nanocrystalline ultrafine particles into the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, the composite fiber of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene/nanocrystalline ultrafine particles has a quite excellent cut-resistant performance.

The present invention provides a multi-ply twisted yarn for a cut-resistant fabric, and the multi-ply twisted yarn comprises (i) at least a first single yarn having a skin-core structure, wherein the skin comprises aromatic polyamide staple fibers and the core comprises tungsten filaments, and (ii) at least a second single yarn having a skin-core structure, wherein the skin comprises cut-resistant staple fibers, the core comprises at least an elastomer filament, and the cut-resistant staple fibers of the second single yarn are selected from one or more of aromatic polyamide staple fibers, aliphatic polyamide staple fibers and polyethylene staple fibers. The present invention further provides a cut-resistant fabric comprising the multi-ply twisted yarn and a protective product comprising the cut-resistant fabric. 1. A multi-ply twisted yarn for a cut-resistant fabric , characterized in that the yarn comprises:(i) at least a first single yarn having a skin-core structure, wherein the skin comprises aromatic polyamide staple fibers and the core comprises tungsten filaments, and(ii) at least a second single yarn having a skin-core structure, wherein the skin comprises cut-resistant staple fibers, the core comprises at least an elastomer filament, and the cut-resistant staple fibers of the second single yarn are selected from one or more of aromatic polyamide staple fibers, aliphatic polyamide staple fibers and polyethylene staple fibers.2. A protective device for use in a high temperature and liquid environment provides a glove integrally formed with a protective member in the thumb webbing region. The protective member is not readily detectable when viewing the outside of the glove. A system for protecting against a rotisserie spit moving above a thumb-crotch region defined between a thumb sleeve and a forefinger sleeve in a liquid proof and heat resistant glove , the system comprising:a liquid proof and heat resistant glove including an outer layer;a protective member attached to the liquid proof and heat resistant glove below the outer layer that extends from a palmar region to a dorsal region thereby spanning over the thumb-crotch region of the liquid proof and heat resistant glove; anda rotisserie spit sized to be positioned above the outer layer in the thumb-crotch region of the liquid proof and heat resistant glove, wherein the spit is adapted to be pulled in a motion that approximates drawing a sword such that the rotisserie spit travels over the thumb-crotch region, and wherein the protective member protects against the rotisserie spit during the motion.2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the liquid proof and heat resistant glove further comprises:an inner liner that is entirely surrounded by the outer layer, wherein the protective member is positioned between the outer layer and the inner liner, and the outer layer withstands thermal deformation at a temperature of at least 500° F.3. A preparation method of safety gloves with special coating, comprising following steps: (1) treating a substrate with composite electrolyte digestion solution by a certain method; (2) spreading polymeric disperse coating over the substrate containing composite electrolyte digestion solution obtained in step (1), heating when the polymeric disperse coating is attached and obtaining a half-product with polymeric disperse coating; (3) treating the half-product with polymeric disperse coating in pre-foamed water chemical compound or non-foamed water chemical compound, by treating immersing or spraying or immersing and spraying is defined; and (4) dipping the product treated in step (3) in aromatic hydrocarbon solution. 1. A safety glove having a protective member or insert extending around the fingertip of the safety glove is provided. The protective member may be positioned along the outer surface or the inner surface of the glove. Alternatively, the protective member may be integrally formed between two layers of glove material. The protective member terminates distally from an interphalangeal joint line to enable finger flexion in order to grasp an item, such as a slab of meat to be deskinned in a skinning machine. The glove may include a rough outer surface formed from thrice dipping the glove and allowing the glove to cure. Additionally, the glove may have a width near the wrist that is wider than the width near the palm to enable the glove to be rapidly removed (i.e., doffed) in an emergency event of the glove getting caught in a rotating blade on the skinning machine. 1. A protective glove comprising:a proximal wrist end opposite a distal fingertip end;a first finger sleeve including a distal tip; anda protective member adjacent the distal tip and positioned distal from an interphalangeal joint line, wherein the protective member is hardened relative to the first finger sleeve.2. In one aspect, a method of manufacturing a protective textile may include steps of (a) twisting a first yarn with a tungsten filament; and (b) using a second yarn to cover the yarn-tungsten product generated in step (a). The yarn generated in step (b) is further twisted with an elastic spandex. In one embodiment, the first yarn is selected from a group of Nylon, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), cotton yarn, bamboo fiber and Tencel. In another embodiment, a Polyethylene (PE) fiber is the second yarn, and the third yarn may include Nylon, PET or PE. The protective textile is advantageous because it is light, thin, soft and highly cut resistant. Also, it has great electrical conductivity and chemical stability, and it is not easy to deform after washing. 1. A method of manufacturing a protective textile comprising steps of:(a) twisting a first yarn with a tungsten filament; and(b) covering the first yarn-tungsten generated in step (a) with a second yarn,wherein a degree of twist is 400 to 700 twists/meter in step (a) and 120 to 280 twists/meter in step (b).2. The method of manufacturing a protective textile of claim 1 , wherein the tungsten filament is 35 to 75% and the first yarn is 25 to 65% in step (a).3. The method of manufacturing a protective textile of claim 1 , wherein the first yarn is selected from a group of Nylon claim 1 , Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) claim 1 , cotton yarn claim 1 , bamboo fiber and Tencel claim 1 , and the line density of the first yarn is 40 to 140 D.4.
