ШВЕЙНАЯ МАШИНА С ПОЛОЙ ИГЛОЙ

Швейная машина с полой иглой сшивает материалы в результате введения в них под давлением текучей быстротвердеющей массы (далее «масса») через полую иглу в момент выхода иглы из проколотых материалов. В корпусе машины имеется емкость с массой, соединенная шлангом с верхним отделом полого цилиндра через входной клапан. Поршень в полом цилиндре соединен с механизмом возвратно-поступательного движения, состоящего из двигателя (электродвигателя или ручного двигателя), вращающего вал с маховиком, соединенного шатунным механизмом с движением поршня. В центре поршня имеется отверстие с выпускным клапаном, соединенным с полой частью штока и полой иглой. При движении поршня вниз полая игла прокалывает сшиваемые материалы, а в полости цилиндра создается вакуум, и масса через впускной клапан заполняет полость цилиндра. При обратном движении поршня в цилиндре давление повышается, впускной клапан закрывается, выпускной клапан в поршне открывается, и масса через выходной клапан в поршне поступает в полую часть штока и в полую иглу, выходящую из тканей. Для регулирования глубины прошивания и расхода массы используется раздвижной шатун, состоящий из двух частей, соединенных регулирующей гайкой. В этом варианте ось головки шатуна может перемещаться по маховику в радиально расположенной в маховике щели. В машине также имеется транспортер, нижняя часть которого в виде валка, соединенного с двигателем, перемещает ткани при прошивании. Верхняя часть транспортера может быть в виде стандартной подпружиненной качающейся лапки или скобы с поворотными дисками. A system for forming a waterproof seam between to sewn materials. The seam is formed using an adhesive coated thread. A thin strip of adhesive is placed between the two materials at the seam line. As the coated thread is sewn into the seam heat and pressure are simultaneously applied, melting the adhesive coating thereby filling the needle punctures. The melted adhesive coating will also flow into the areas between the needles punctures and between the materials. The heat and pressure applied to the coated thread will also melt the adhesive strip, causing additional adhesive to flow into the needle punctures and the areas between needle punctures.

A method for integrating multi-layer sheet fabric pieces for use in a chemical protective suit comprising the steps of (a) stacking one of a pair of multi-layer sheet fabric pieces for use in a chemical protective suit , each of which comprises a front surface layer of thermoplastic resin film , a rear surface layer of thermoplastic resin film , and at least one middle layer of chemical permeability resistant resin film , on the other of the pair of multi-layer sheet fabric pieces , with a part of a peripheral edge of one multi-layer sheet fabric piece opposed to a part of a peripheral edge of the other multi-layer sheet fabric piece , (b) seaming the stacked multi-layer sheet fabric pieces at a portion close to the peripheral edges opposed to each other along the peripheral edges opposed to each other so as to form a seam line , and (c) high frequency dielectric heating the stacked multi-layer sheet fabric pieces at a band portion of predetermined breadth close to the seam line along the seam line , wherein the peripheral edges opposed to each other and the band portion are disposed to face opposite sides of the seam line , thereby welding and integrating the stacked multi-layer sheet fabric pieces with each other at the band portion.2. A method for producing a glove , comprising:a step of forming a dip-molded layer by dip-molding a latex composition containing a latex of a carboxyl group-containing conjugated diene rubber (A) and a metal compound (B) including a divalent or higher metal, and is substantially free from sulfur and/or a sulfur-containing compound as a cross-linking agent; anda step of irradiating the dip-molded layer with radiation.2. In some embodiments, a protective clothing material may comprise a fibrous layer that serves as a barrier to certain fluids (e.g., bodily fluids, water) and microbes. The impermeability of the fibrous layer may be due, at least in part, to the structural uniformity and/or relatively small pore size of the fibrous layer. In some embodiments, the fibrous layer may have a relatively high air permeability that imparts beneficial properties (e.g., relatively high air flow, breathability) to the protective clothing material without adversely affecting its protection rating. In certain embodiments, the protective clothing material may also comprise one or more coarse nonwoven webs that impart beneficial properties (e.g., splash resistance) to the protective clothing material. The protective clothing materials, described herein, may be particularly useful for a wide variety of applications, including the formation of AAMI level 4 protective garments.

This invention is a method for automating the generation of manufacturing patterns for apparel and accessories directly from designs created on a 3-dimensional (3D) model. This differs from existing models in which users design “2D slices” of a 3D image created at various pre-defined angles. This invention includes the steps of: 1) Making the UV map of the 3D model exactly match the manufacturing pattern in shape and scale; 2) Positioning the various components in the UV map to facilitate the desired image or text flow; and 3) Using a UV unwrap method to produce the manufacturing patterns with the exact art and text on each component.
