There have been many types of sports shoes varying in design and material. The market-leading sports shoes are Nike and Asics. Nike is famous for its patented Air Max technology and Asics for its unique liquid cushioning element technology. These are excellent shoes in its own category. Yet, sports players are also looking for a shoe that can switch between the hi-rebound high performance sports mode and soft-cushioned regular mode conveniently. Our new design of the shoe sole tackles this task with a unique approach. We design the shoe sole into three zones according to its dynamic feature and fill the corresponding zones with different foaming material and an interchangeable compact MagLev module. This new design meets the challenge and opens up a new way for shoe manufacturing. 1. A shoe sole comprising ,(a) two forefoot cushion zones;(b) a heel zone with a cavity;(c) an height difference H between the heel zone and the forefoot cushion zones, wherein the two forefoot cushion zones are filled with TPU and EVA foaming material.2. The booties and shoe inserts may include a laminate comprising a seamless extensible film, such as a polyurethane film, and at least one textile. The bootie is suitable for a range of sizes and shoe shapes. The bootie may shrink to fit, or, alternatively, be stretched to fit, an asymmetrical last having a desired size to form a shoe insert. A bootie having a seamless extensible film eliminates the need to have multiple sizes of shoe inserts correlating to particular shoe sizes. In embodiments where the polyurethane film is seamless and continuous, the shoe insert eliminates the need for a waterproof seam tape, which is conventionally used to make shoe inserts waterproof. A process of producing a hollow item by injection-moulding thermoplastic material, which has a rigid external shell and at least one soft internal portion, which uses a mould comprising a matrix, a first semi-mould including a first cavity and a second semi-mould including a second cavity counter-shaped to the matrix to reproduce a respective semi-shell of said rigid external shell. The process includes the phases of positioning at least one insert made of a soft material, constituting the soft internal portion, on the matrix; covering the insert with a connecting layer; hermetically sealing the first and second semi-moulds onto the matrix along the edges of the cavities; injecting into the space between the cavities and the connecting layer a thermoplastic material that forms the rigid external shell to create a permanent connection of the soft insert to the shell. The connecting layer substantially retains the characteristics of the soft insert.

The apparatus takes the form of a pair of flexible, liquid-filled chambers connected by an energy-generating tube. One chamber is located in the heel region of a footwear insole, with the other in the toe region, such that as a person walks, the liquid moves back and forth within the tube. A method for providing feedback to a skier , the method comprising:receiving, by a feedback computer, sensor data from a plurality of sensors located in a ski boot of the skier, the sensor data representing a movement of the skier during a ski run;receiving, by the feedback computer, video data representing a video recording of the skier during the ski run;after the ski run, synchronizing, by the feedback computer, the sensor data and the video data; andsimultaneously displaying, on a display screen in electrical communication with the feedback computer, the video recording and the sensor data.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data is displayed alongside the video recording.3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data and the video data are synchronized using time stamps.4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data and the video data are synchronized using wireless signals transmitted between the feedback computer and a data collection computer claim 1 , the data collection computer in electrical communication with the sensors.5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data and the video data are synchronized using an internet clock or a global positioning system.6.
