HIGH HEEL SHOE

Номер: US20170079379A1
Принадлежит:

There are disclosed high heel shoes where separate components combine to create load balancing internal footwear technology. A two-piece system includes interlocking toe bed and shank constructed of complex three dimensional curved surfaces which create an intricately sculpted volume to provide structural support down the length of the entire foot. The toe bed provides a wide base and keeps the big toe pointed straight (at an approximately 10° angle). A heel maximizes the surface area of the bottom of the heel at the point of strike with the ground while retaining a minimal and aesthetically appealing silhouette from the side view. The toe bed and shank feature a composition of layered materials which when combined work to provide both stability and shock absorption to the ball of the foot during the foot strike of walking. An internal support structure provides a padded barrier and intermediary between the rigidity of the shank and the softness of the shoe upper. 1. A high heel shoe assembly comprising:a rigid shank extending from a toe end to a heel end, wherein the heel end is elevated above the toe end by at least two inches, the shank having a central plate-like body defining an outer edge with an upper raised area spaced from the outer edge and extending from a location near the toe end rearward to a location near the heel end;a soft upper insole cushion co-molded together with the shank into a unitary member, the upper insole cushion having a lower cavity that closely receives the upper raised area of the shank;a toe bed comprising a rigid middle portion defining cells filled with a plurality of soft cushions, the middle portion being secured to an underside of the toe end of the shank using fasteners;a high heel secured to an underside of the heel end of the shank; andflexible uppers, an outsole secured underneath the toe bed and a portion of the shank, and an insole secured above the shank and soft upper insole cushion for holding the shoe onto a foot of a ...

Foot support components for articles of footwear

Номер: US20210085019A1
Принадлежит: Nike Inc

Foot support components include plural foot support members (e.g., arched slats or other support members) forming at least a portion of a footbed for a sole structure/article of footwear. Spacings between individual foot support members enable selective activation of one or more individual members, thereby providing support where needed and enhancing overall comfort without overly stiffening the footbed. When made from sufficiently rigid/resilient materials, the foot support components may apply return energy to the wearer's foot. This may occur, for example, by vertically deflecting (e.g., flattening out) one or more foot support members under applied force, and then the deflected foot support member(s) will spring back to and/or toward its/their original shape when the force sufficiently abates/relaxes.

The insole body or the foot contacting surface of the sole body has a toe region, a foot sole region, a foot arch region, and a foot heel region for corresponding to the toes, the foot sole, the foot arch and the foot heel of a user's foot, respectively. The present invention is characterized in that a reducing stress structure is formed between a center position of a rear end of the toe region and a middle portion of the foot sole region in longitudinal direction. Thus, the contacting force between the use's foot and the reducing stress structure can be minimized and the user's foot can be stabilized on the insole body or the sole body thereby to prevent the foot from sliding forwardly or around.

A shoe support structure comprising a hard rubber-like material and a gel material. The rubber-like material is constructed so that it has a change in thickness beginning at the arch, where it slopes down, leveling out at a thickness of about 1¼ inches. This change in thickness creates a frontal recess, leaving a bead of rubber at the outer edge. This cavity holds a thick cushion of about 1¾ inches of highly viscous gel material held in place by the rubber lip and adhered to the elastic material. This creates a cushion when the foot applies weight. The front of the sole and the back of the heel are equal in height, giving the entire surface equal height planes for balance. The two materials are one rubber like, one gel like and slope toward each other at the arch in identical angles. 1. A shoe sole comprised of:a rubber material formed in a first layer;a gel material formed in a second layer positioned adjacent to said first layer; andan adhesive;wherein said sole includes four portions: a heel portion, an arch portion, a front portion and a lip portion;wherein said rubber material is positioned substantially along the entire length of said heel portion, said arch portion, and said front portion;wherein said lip portion is constructed of said rubber material;wherein said heel portion is constructed of said rubber material;wherein a thickness of said rubber material layer of said arch portion gradually decreases from a distal end of said arch portion to a proximal end of said arch portion, such that said thickness of said rubber material layer decreases from said heel portion to said front portion of said sole, creating a recess from said distal end of said arch portion of said sole portion to said proximate end of said front portion;wherein said recess is substantially ringed by said lip portion; andwherein said recess comprises said gel material.wherein said sole is about 3 inches thick along an entire length of said sole;wherein a thickness of said rubber material ...

Принадлежит: 정해경

The present invention provides an elastic structure for safety shoes with a correction function and safety shoes including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the elasticity structure (300) for safety shoes comprises a plurality of upper grooves (330) formed inside a midsole (30) disposed between a lower part of an insole (40) and an upper part of a penetration-resistant insert (20), and recessed by a predetermined depth towards a lower surface (320) from an upper surface (310), wherein a shape of each upper groove (330) is individually modified. Herein, a shape of an upper groove placed at a pressing point, to which the pressure by a wearer′s foot is applied, is deformed as the elastic structure (300) is vertically compressed in comparison with an initial state thereof by the pressure by the feet and the penetration-resistant insert (20); and is restored to the initial state as the pressure by the foot is released. Moreover, air compressed inside the upper groove placed at the pressing point is discharged to the periphery as the shape of the upper groove placed at the pressing point is restored after deformation.
