Настоящая полезная модель относится к таре и упаковке, а более конкретно к крышкам одноразовых контейнеров для пищевых продуктов, включающим в себя круглую верхнюю поверхность, соединенную с боковой стенкой, образующие внутреннюю полость для размещения одноразовой ложки, имеющей ручку и чашу, причем крышка имеет средства фиксации и удержания противоположных концов одноразовой ложки, выполненные в виде выступов на внутренней стороне верхней поверхности, и может быть использована в пищевой промышленности. Согласно полезной модели крышка со стороны внутренней полости имеет дополнительный держатель одноразовой ложки, выполненный с возможностью закрепления ручки ложки с обеих сторон, при этом держатель выполнен в виде четного количества трапециевидных пластин, расположенных перпендикулярно верхней поверхности крышки. Reusable chopsticks that are foldable into a compact configuration for storage and easily transportable in a storage case. The chopsticks each comprise a rigid external structure and at least one flexible internal member that is foldable to a compact configuration for storage. In a folded configuration, the reusable chopsticks have a significantly reduced length of approximately one-half to one-fourth of their extended length when in use. The external structure of the chopstick is preferably formed of multiple rigid segments connected by the flexible internal member(s) in the extended configuration during use as chopsticks. A storage case is provided to store the chopsticks in the folded configuration in a compact form.

The element comprises first and second scores positioned generally symmetrically about a longitudinal midline of the element, and indicative of where the element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil; and a third score, generally perpendicular to the first and second scores, traversing the width of the element. The first and second scores each comprise a curved section; the two curved sections form a convex shape with respect to the midline. Folding the element about the first and second scores produces a handle and a bowl; and folding the element 180° about the third score temporarily shortens the length of the element for packaging and shipment purposes, prior to its becoming a usable utensil.

The container is of one-piece construction and the corrugations are semi-circular, and the proportions of adjacent corrugations are different.
