Single-Track Stacking Panel Covering for an Architectural Opening

A stacking panel covering for an architectural opening includes a headrail and a plurality of suspended from the headrail. The panels form an overlapped stack at one end of the headrail when the stacking panel covering is opened, and cover the architectural opening when the stacking panel covering is closed. The panels are piggybacked on those adjacent thereto, so that they stack, one behind the next, when the stacking panel covering is opened, and so that each pulls the next adjacent thereto as the stacking panel covering is being closed. The panels themselves may be planar, or convexly curved in a horizontal direction and substantially straight in a vertical direction.

A window shade system is presented that combines the benefits of roller shades with draperies. In one arrangement a fascia having a front plate and a bottom plate includes a track positioned in the forward lower end of the fascia. The fascia is configured to be attached to a plurality of brackets. One or more roller shades having roller shade material attached to a tube are connected to the brackets. A plurality of carriers are positioned in the track and one or more draperies are attached to the plurality of carriers in the track. This arrangement presents a dual functioning window shade wherein roller shade material may be opened and closed by raising and lowering the roller shade material by rotating the tube of the roller shades raised, and the drapery shade material may be opened and closed by sliding the drapery shade material along the length of the track.

A work area illuminating and flexible curtain. The curtain has a length and a height and spaced apart rows of lights extending along the length and/or height of the curtain. Method and system for providing preparing and assembling a high end prefabricated product to serve as a window covering or room divider.

The present invention is a method of preparing and assembling certain prefabricated products (identified below as (a) Suspension Rods; (b) Decorative Finished Wood; (c) Locking Pin; and (d) Rubber Gasket) which, once assembled, will serve as a high end room divider or window covering (also known as window treatments). The inventive framework allows the user who is preparing and assembling the product to have an installed room divider or window coverage that is clean, with no marks, and also able to be assembled by one person, as opposed to having multiple parties present to effect installation.

An elevator cover assembly having a cover pad and a trim with openings for receiving a hanging knob inside the elevator is disclosed. The trim is a separate piece attached to the elevator cover after openings are made in the trim. The trim slits formed therein are sized and positioned to receive hanging knobs. The trim is made of a flexible material that can be deformed to broaden the openings to more easily position the openings over the knobs. A hanging knob can be a stud device attached to any wall for hanging a wall cover. The stud device comprises a mount attached to a wall, and a knob extending from the mount and extending outwardly from the wall. The knob is configured to receive an opening of the wall cover to hang the wall cover. A variety of such stud devices is provided.

A looped zebra blind with height compensation and a height compensation method of the same are revealed. The looped zebra blind includes an upper rod, a lower rod and a height compensable looped fabric. The looped fabric consists of a zebra fabric part and at least one compensation part connected to form a loop wound around the upper and lower rods vertically. The loop includes a front fabric and a rear fabric with the same height. The zebra fabric part includes zebra fabric units arranged vertically and periodically. The net length or/height of the compensation part is preset to make total length of the looped fabric become equal to the sum of the total length of the zebra fabric part and the net length of the compensation part. Thereby the height of the front/rear fabric matches up to the preset height of a preset covered area of a window.

Box pleat curtain

A curtain or drapery panel that is formed having hanging grommets and box pleats along the header band that provides support to allow the box pleats to retain their shape without deforming. The drapery is a fabric panel having a header strip along the top thereof. The header strip has a plurality of spaced apart grommets. Between alternating grommets the fabric is pinched together to form a forward facing bow or loop. The bow or loop is then flattened and the top and bottom edges of the loop along the header strip are sewn down to the header strip to flatten the loop into a rectangular flat gathered pleat. Further, the edges of the pleat along the header strip may also be swan to give it a more defined crisp edge. This draws two adjacent grommets close together on the two opposing sides of the newly formed pleat.

Magnetic curtain adapted for attachment to a magnetic and/or a non-magnetic material or surface

The present invention describes a window covering which is useful for securing to objects having windows without using permanent attachment devices. The window covering preferably contains a plurality of magnets arranged along the upper end and along the lower end. The magnets are arranged so that they are coupleable or securable to a metal part of a window itself or a metal surface which houses the window as well as one or more additional magnets positioned within the window covering. The window covering further comprises one or more non-magnetic surface adapters constructed and arranged to secure to at least one magnet along a first surface and to a second, non-magnetic surface along a second surface. The window covering provides at least one contact point for securing to at least one non-magnetic surface.

Elevator cover assembly

An elevator cover assembly having a cover pad and a trim with openings for receiving a hanging knob inside the elevator is disclosed. The trim is a separate piece attached to the elevator cover after openings are made in the trim. The trim slits formed therein are sized and positioned to receive hanging knobs. The trim is made of a flexible material that can be deformed to broaden the openings to more easily position the openings over the knobs.

The present invention is a system for providing two sided art work for covering windows on the exterior walls of a room. The system comprises a sheet of material having graphics affixed on the front and back surfaces of the material and means for suspending the sheet of material across the window so as to expose the graphics for view from both the outside of the window and within the room in which the window is mounted. Different graphic displays may be affixed to the front and back surfaces of the material. In addition, the material of display artwork rather than conventional curtains, blinds, or shades known in the art. Clip with a rubber lining for the purpose of holding curtains

A curtain clip that can be used to hold bunched up curtains to the side, and does not slide vertically because a rubber lining affixed along the inside edge prevents the curtain clip from sliding vertically. The rubber lining prevents the curtain clip from sliding on sheer curtains and other curtains that have a somewhat slippery surface texture. The space division system (100) is disclosed as having a space divider (102) vertically suspended from a rail system (104). The rail system (104) includes a rail (106) with a pair of hanger clips (108) releasably secured to the rail (106) and capable of being moved along a continuum of the length of the rail (106). In one embodiment, the space divider (102) includes a main body (114) consisting of an opaque fabric. Window shade

A window shade may include a shade, a sliding base, a weight track, a first blocking unit, and two second blocking units. The shade has two mount bars respectively formed at an upper end and a lower end thereof, and the shade is connected to the sliding base and the weight track through the two mount bars. The position of the sliding base is limited by the first blocking unit while the second blocking units are configured to limit the position of the weight track. A traverse rod for curtains has a plurality of walls forming a hollow box-like cross section. One of the walls contains an opening for receiving slides or rollers attachable to the curtains. An adjacent wall contains a C-shaped recess and a U-shaped recess. These recesses may be used to receive curtain slides or rollers and/or to mount the traverse rod in its various orientations. The wall opposite the wall containing the recesses has a projection depending therefrom which may be used as a contact surface for the slides or rollers in certain orientations of the traverse rod.

Curtain hanger

A curtain hanger comprises a glider head 5 for attachment to a glide rail 1 and a fixing part 9 for attaching to a curtain. The head 5 has two upwardly projecting arms 6 defining a recess 8 between them and having catches 7 formed on the outer sides of the arms. When the hanger is pushed into the slot (4, fig 1b) of a guide rail 1 the arms are resiliently deformed towards each other until the catches 7 pass above the edges 18 of the rail at which point the arms assume their normal position with the lower faces 7a of the catches engaging with the edges 18. Faces 7a are angled such that on sufficient downward force being applied to the hanger it will be released from the rail. The glider head may be disc-shaped 12. The hanger may itself separate into two parts when force is applied to the curtain leaving one part attached to the rail and another part attached to the curtain.

The outer tube 1 is constructed from a blank having open rings forming the end bearings. The inner tube is likewise made from a blank, which is stamped with openings 8, Fig. 4, at the end of creases 9. The blank is doubled and overlapped at 10, Fig. 2, between the creases 9, and the serrations 6' engage the curtain. The segments 7 fold over to form knobs 11, Fig. 1.

The inventive method for finishing lambrequeins and tiebacks for curtains consists in fixing rigid relief decorative elements on a support which is embodied in the form of a fabric in such a way that the contour of at least one rigid relief element forms three-dimensional surface areas. Said rigid relief decorative elements are embodied in such a way that they repeat the rigid relief elements of the furniture or the style of interior pieces disposed in a room. The invention makes it possible to extend the scope of said technical means.

A curtain having integrated pockets therein for housing water sensitive items, principally photographs, in a substantially water impenetrable manner is provided. The curtain panel is constructed with an exterior surface having at least one substantially water tight pocket constructed therein that can readily be utilized to house and display the photograph in a dry environment. The present invention can increase aesthetics by fastening adjacent blackout curtain parts through the connector. A motor-operated panel system includes a panel assembly consisting of an elongated flexible web formed of a plurality of different panels connected end-to-end for controlling the transmission of light, heat or air through a window and/or for producing different decorative scenes within a room. The underside of each counterweight board has a recessed groove with insert pieces symmetrically extending at both side edges. A support seat is mounted to a central hollow-out portion of the fan-shaped blind body, and a frame body of a door/window has a positioning seat with support legs and flexible guide hooks to fix to both sides of the top surface thereon respectively so that the counterweight board can be forced downward along the guide hooks, permitting the guide hooks to precisely engage with the insert pieces for location. In dismantling, the counterweight board is simply lifted upwards to detach from the positioning seat for replacement of the fan-shaped blind body, facilitating flexible and convenient dismantling and assembling of the present invention thereby.

Vertical blinder of curtain integral type

The present invention relates to a curtain-integrated vertical blind (100) which includes a plurality of blind sets (110) which are knitted with warp yarns and include a transparent portion (112) and a light shielding portion (114) disposed on both sides of the transparent portion. A curtain-integrated vertical blind includes a cutting band (120) disposed between two adjacent blind sets (110); and a connecting thread (130) connecting the blind set (110) and the cutting band (120) and having a thinner thickness than the cutting band (120), wherein, when the cutting band (120) is pulled, the connecting chamber (130) is separated from the blind set (110) to separate the two blind sets (110), wherein the transparent portion (112) and the shielding portion (114) are respectively made of a raw material and the upper end of the transparent portion (112) is composed of a balance portion (113) for maintaining a blind shape, and wherein the balance portion (113) is denser than the light projecting portion (112) and is less densely woven than the light shielding portion (114). According to the present invention, when installed in a window or an entrance of a building for the purpose of shielding sunlight, protection of private life through blocking vision from an outside, soundproofing, windshield, etc., the curtain-integrated vertical blind can be cut and used smoothly according to a space width and it is possible to maintain the marketability for a long time because the shape is not deformed even when washing.
