The structure includes a suction disk for sealingly contacting a surface, a pulling member attached to the suction disk for drawing a part of the suction disk away from the surface, so that a partial vacuum is created between the suction disk and the surface. Rotation of the rotatable member draws the pulling member and respective part of the suction disk away from the surface. An intermediate member is provided which engages the suction disk and supports the rotatable member. A structural member is mounted in or on the intermediate member. The outer diameter of the rotatable member is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the adjacent part of the intermediate member, so that a user's fingers will grip the rotatable member without catching on parts of the intermediate member.

The tissue is individual sheets 4″ by 7 ½″ with no perforations. The tissue is interfolded lengthwise resulting in a tissue 2″by 7 ½″ for packaging and dispensing purposes. Dry, plied roll paper is transformed into hand wetted roll paper that may be used either dry, or selectively hand wetted using a wetting device. The device is then shaped into a container filled with an anti-bacterial cleaning agent, or other agent, and assembled on the paper ply. The hand wetted paper ply can be used as paper towels or toilet paper for dry and/or wet hygienic cleaning. 1. A hand wetted paper product , comprising:at least one paper ply; anda wetting device disposed on a surface of the paper ply, the wetting device comprised of a bottom part that is formed into a container with sides and a flange, and a top part formed into a cover with a sealed opening portion,wherein the wetting device is filled with a liquid agent,wherein the paper ply is configured to absorb the liquid agent,wherein the sealed opening portion is configured to open before other portions of the wetting device in response to applied external pressure using a digit of a user's hand, and configured to directly wet the paper ply.2. The hand wetted paper product of claim 1 , where the wetting device has two length dimensions parallel to the paper ply that are larger than another length dimension perpendicular to the paper ply to thereby minimize bulging and allow more sheets in a given roll or package.3. A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position. 1. A twist-lock back plate assembly for home hardware comprising:a base including at least one mount aperture and adapted to be mounted to a support surface, the base defining a receptacle and a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole; andan attachment including a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position,wherein each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.2. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the connector member is spaced from the lock member a distance sufficient for a decorative cover to be mounted therebetween.3. The invention provides sheet material, such as tissue products, folded such that the first and second ends of the sheet are folded towards one another, but do not abut or overlap. As such the first and second ends are spaced apart from one another such that there is some non-zero distance between them. The space between the two ends defines a waist portion having a height dimension that is less than either of the ends of the folded product. When sheets of material are folded in this manner and stacked one on top of another, the resulting stack also has a middle portion that is slimmer than the end portions. For example, the ends may have a first and second height (H and H) that is substantially similar, while the middle portion may have a third height (H) that is less than the first and second heights. 1. The present invention relates to tissue products comprising high yield hesperaloe fiber having improved wet performance, such as improved absorbency, CD Wet/Dry Ratio and CD Wet Durability. The addition of high yield hesperaloe pulp fibers surprisingly improves the CD Wet/Dry ratio without negatively affecting the absorbency of the tissue product. For example, tissue products of the present invention generally have an Absorbent Capacity greater than about 6.0 g/g, such as from about 6.0 to 8.0 g/g. As such the tissue products are durable when wet, but are still sufficiently absorbent. This balance of absorbency and wet strength is not found in the prior art without resorting to adding latex binders or the like to the tissue product.
