A wall mounting bracket assists in mounting equipment to a wall. The wall mounting bracket includes a plate, a post, and a sliding nut. At least a portion of the post extends outwardly from the surface of the plate. The plate is coupled to a stud or other mounting device positioned within the wall behind the sheetrock. The post includes an equipment mounting section and a spacer. The spacer is positioned between the equipment mounting section and the plate and accommodates different wall thicknesses. The bottom surface of the sliding nut is slidably and securely positionable along the top surface of the equipment mounting section. Different types of wall-mounted equipment is coupled to the sliding nut and the equipment mounting section of the wall mounting bracket. Use of the wall mounting bracket allows the equipment to be mounted to the wall without an exposed flange and preserve structural integrity.

A bathtub assembly includes a tub body and a positionable shelf including a substantially planar platform and a mounting post disposed in a corner portion of the platform. A mount for the positionable shelf defines a socket for the mounting post and includes a flanged, outwardly threaded, hollow tubular portion open at both ends and a flanged sleeve therewithin. The mounting post can be slidably received within the flanged sleeve such that mounting post can rotate relative to the socket. Accordingly, the positionable shelf can rotate relative to the tub body 360 degrees in a horizontal plane. 1. Drain Wall for a Prefabricated Shower Module

A prefabricated, polyurethane reaction injection molded, leak-proof shower module suitable for use in constructing a tiled shower includes a plurality of sidewalls, a floor bounded along at least one peripheral edge by at least one sidewall extending substantially vertically from the edge, and a drain wall defining a drain aperture and having an outer surface and an inner surface. In one embodiment, the floor slopes toward the drain wall at a pitch equal to or greater than ⅛ inch per foot. A prefabricated drain assembly is integrated into the floor and encased inside the drain wall, or a drain fixture is inserted into the drain aperture after fabrication of the floor. In one embodiment, the maximum thickness of the drain wall, measured from the outer surface to the inner surface, is equal to or less than 1½ times the smallest inner diameter.

Embodiments described herein include a bathtub that can include a U-shaped step saddle associated with a door assembly. The door assembly can include a hinge coupled with the U-shaped step saddle such that the door assembly can be transitioned between an open position and a closed position. A walk-in bathtub is disclosed, which may include a bathtub frame and a sliding door. The bathtub frame has a door receiving space to receive the sliding door and the sliding door may include a plurality of door seals that can be attached to the outer wall of the door receiving space to secure the sliding door. The door also includes a door lock, so when the door is appropriately positioned in the door receiving space, the door lock is used to further secure the door in a fixed position. The disclosure provides a cushion including an outer cover defining an interior cavity, and inner filler material disposed within the interior cavity. The inner filler material may comprise at least one molded block of polyurethane foam. The outer cover and/or the inner filler material may be porous to at least water. The cushion further includes a waterproof coating to the outer surface the inner filler material and forming waterproof seal extending entirely thereabout after curing. The waterproof coating comprises butyl acrylate within the range of 17-32 wt %, styrene within the range of 13-26 wt %, and deionized water within the range of 42-70 wt % prior to curing. The waterproof coating may further include auxiliary components within the range of 0.5-8 wt % prior to curing. A method and device for unclogging a drain assembly by creating an airtight, watertight seal in the drain assembly. An overflow cover device functions to form a complete seal in the drain assembly, such that no air and water pressure is lost throughout the drain assembly while a plunging device creates pressure and a vacuum over a drain opening. The water pressure generated by the plunging device is maximized to remove a clog in the drain assembly. The overflow cover device includes a front surface, and a mounting surface. A topside control panel for a bathing unit system is provided. The topside control panel comprises a housing including a top surface and a bottom surface opposed to the top surface and a display touch or presence-sensitive assembly positioned upon the top surface of the housing. The topside control panel also includes a circuit board assembly positioned upon the bottom surface the housing. In some embodiments, the bottom surface may be circumscribed by a bottom peripheral wall, which with the bottom surface defines a recess in which is positioned the circuit board assembly. A back panel may be secured to the housing so as to enclose the second recess and form an enclosed space. The back panel may include a ventilation member configured for allowing air communication between the enclosed space and a space external to the topside control panel. In another aspect, a topside control panel having a cover frame including a cut out or window area may be provided for receiving the display touch or presence-sensitive assembly when assembled with the housing and may allow for customizing the aesthetic appearance of the topside control panel by selecting cover frames having different appearances.

A wall-entry bathtub , comprising:a basin;a shell defining an entryway to allow access into the basin;an entry wall movable between a lowered position and a raised position, wherein the entry wall is substantially clear of the entryway in the lowered position and at least partially blocks the entryway in the raised position;first and second entry wall position sensors configured to sense the position of the entry wall; anda controller in electronic communication with the first and second entry wall position sensors, wherein the controller is configured to control components of the bathtub based at least in part on the position of the entry wall.2. The wall-entry bathtub of claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to close a drain valve when the first and second entry wall position sensors sense that the entry wall is in the raised position.3. A walk-in bathing environment is used by people who may have trouble getting in and out of standard bathtubs or showers. Rotatable grab bars are positioned in and around the bathing environments to aid in entering the environments, exiting the environments, sitting, standing, and otherwise moving relative to the bathing environment. The rotatable grab bars may be placed on the walls, top, external, or generally on and around the bathing environment such that a user can grab the one or more rotatable grab bars in order to provide support for moving relative to the bathing environment. The rotatable grab bars are connected to the environment such that they can be moved between a use and a non-use configuration, such that the rotatable grab bars are extending from a portion of the housing only when desired by the user.

The interior of the housing and ports form a chamber, which can be segmented into multiple sub-chambers. Inlet one-way valve(s) and outlet one-way valve(s) are provided on the vessel. When water is introduced through the inlet valve, it reacts with the effervescent material, releasing carbon dioxide and dissolving the other ingredients in the mixture, building pressure in the chamber. The disclosure concerns liners that can be adapted to one or more types of wash basins. A novel aspect of this invention is the flexibility of the liners which may be adapted and easily cut to adjust to the shape and size of a variety of different designs. In some embodiments the liners may be perforated such that items may be cleaned on them and the liners easily drained. In some such embodiments, the liners may incorporate attachment means including but not suction cups, adhesives, or magnets to temporarily affix one or more liners to the surface of the basin or one another. Other embodiments may include grooves to fit around magnets. An exemplary embodiment of a user interface display panel includes a top or cover glass layer which extends to the perimeter of the panel housing. A touch-sensitive display layer is adhered to the bottom surface of cover glass layer to form a touch sensitive display assembly and is just smaller in area than that of the cover glass layer to provide a peripheral lip region for adherence to a waterproof gasket to bond the cover glass and display layer to the housing structure. The display layer is supported above the surface of the tub wall. The arrangement results in an active touch-sensitive display area significantly larger than display areas provided in the past by interface panels.

Storm Shield for Bathing Structure

A storm shield apparatus for protecting persons, animals, or property within a bathing structure includes a retractable shield that is selectively moveable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The shield is moveable along first and second tracks. In some embodiments, the first and second tracks are disposed on opposing longitudinal end walls proximate the bathing structure, and the shield includes flexible roll-top shield sections. A trough with multiple panels may be positioned under the bathing structure to provide an additional barrier to prevent flying debris from penetrating the bathing structure from its sides, longitudinal ends or bottom. The trough mates with the shield in some embodiments to form a protective enclosure. 1. A multi-compartment walk-in bathtub is disclosed that allows for a first compartment of the walk-in bathtub to be filled with a quantity of water while a second compartment of the walk-in bathtub allows the user to enter the bathtub. A first movable gate contains a volume of water in the first compartment while the second compartment is in an unfilled condition. A second movable gate is operable to open and close an entry sidewall of the bathtub, allowing the user to enter the second compartment. The second movable gate is then moved to a closed position.
