Со стороны запорной пряжки 11 площадка 3 имеет стопорную рамку 5 с двумя параллельными перекладинами 6, 7. С противоположной стороны площадка 3 имеет фиксатор 4, который представляет собой рамку с перекладиной, через которую продет плоский рукав со стропой 8. Фиксатор 4 имеет два полукольца, охватывающие велкро-поверхность 2 компрессионной ленты 1 с зазором, предназначенным для размещения и фиксации воротка 10 в процессе эксплуатации. Стропа 8 закреплена на свободном конце 9 компрессионной ленты 1 путем прошивки. С другой стороны плоского рукава компрессионной ленты 1, стропа 8 над площадкой 3 со стороны велкро-поверхности 2 пропущена через прорезь воротка 10 и заведена в стопорную рамку 5. Далее стропа 8 выведена из стопорной рамки 5 и S-образно через параллельные перекладины 6,7 заведена в запорную пряжку 11. С противоположной стороны площадка 3 имеет фиксатор 4 в виде рамки с перекладиной, через которую продет плоский рукав со стропой 8. Фиксатор 4 имеет два полукольца для размещения и фиксации воротка 10. Стропа 8 закреплена на свободном конце 9 компрессионной ленты 1 путем прошивки. С другой стороны плоского рукава компрессионной ленты 1 стропа 8 над площадкой 3 со стороны велкро-поверхности 2 пропущена через прорезь воротка 10 и заведена в рамку 5, выведена из рамки 5 через перекладины 6,7 и заведена в запорную пряжку 11. Свободный конец 9 плоского рукава снабжен выгнутым язычком 12, выполненным из пластика и неразъемно посредством шовного соединения закреплен со свободным концом 9 плоского рукава. Выгнутый язычок 12 выполнен из пластика и снабжен поперечными выступами 13 на лицевой и обратной поверхностях.
