Технический результат достигается за счет следующей совокупности существенных признаков: устройство для сбора слюны при самоистечении из полости рта (фиг. 1), представляет собой насадку с воронкообразным расширением из силикона (1) и ободом жесткости для фиксации губ (2), плотно фиксирующееся на пробирке для сбора слюны при помощи конической трубки (3). В отличие от прототипа у насадки наличие силиконового воронкообразного расширения и обода жесткости позволяет поместить губы пациента внутрь расширения, и слюна может свободно стекать в приемный сосуд, не вытекая из насадки. Заявляемая полезная модель является многоразовой, поэтому требуется стерилизация при многоразовом использовании. Устройство имеет следующие размеры: диаметр воронкообразного расширения 60 мм (1), обод жесткости 5 мм (2), угол при вершине в 30 градусов, длина конической трубки 20 мм (3), диаметр трубки в области воронкообразного расширения 15 мм, в свободной части - 8 мм. Данные размеры позволяют плотно установить устройство в приемном сосуде любого размера, и удобно разместить и зафиксировать губы для эффективного самоистечения слюны. Заявляемая полезная модель проста и удобна при взятии проб слюны при самоистечении из полости рта для диагностических и медицинских целей, может быть использована в процедурном кабинете или в домашних условиях. Compositions and methods for whitening the teeth of a patient or subject are described for performing a dental prophylaxis or cleaning procedure during which at least one tooth whitening composition is applied to the surface of a stained tooth, said compositions and methods resulting in a tooth color change that is noticeable to the patient or subject immediately following the procedure. The novel procedure allows for a high degree of tooth whitening to be safely achieved in a short period of time while under the control of a dentist, dental hygienist, or other dental professional, and which at least partially coincides with the performance of a dental prophylaxis or cleaning procedure in order to save significant clinical operatory chair time compared to cleaning and whitening procedures that are performed in non-overlapping time frames or appointments. 1. A method for simultaneously cleaning and whitening teeth comprising:applying a conditioning composition to the teeth surface;applying an oxidizing composition to said teeth surface;applying a sealant composition to said teeth surface;cleaning said teeth surface;polishing said teeth surface; andremoving said conditioning composition, said oxidizing composition and said sealant composition.2. A method for simultaneously cleaning and whitening teeth comprising:applying a composition to the teeth surface, wherein said composition is comprised of at least a fluid carrier, a tooth conditioner, an oxidizing agent and a water-resistant polymer;cleaning said teeth surface;polishing said teeth surface; andremoving said composition.3. A virtual model is developed using the surgical-region scan data and the opposing-condition scan data. The dimensions of instrumentation to be used with the surgical guide are checked to ensure they will fit within the mouth by use of the opposing-condition scan data. A dental tray with a hydrophobic tooth whitening formulation where the tooth whitening formulation is substantially non-water soluble, and a method of using this dental tray to whiten the teeth. The tooth whitening formulation is primarily comprised of a hydrophobic polymer and a peroxide or a peroxide yielding compound. Preferably the hydrophobic polymer is the condensation product of a silicone resin and an organosiloxane. The dental tray is formed to encompass the front and the rear surfaces of the teeth. The dental tray is comprised of a thermoplastic or thermoset polymer. The teeth whitening formulation is placed into the dental tray and the tray placed against the teeth to be whitened. This is for a sufficient period of time to at least partially whiten teeth. This can be a period of time from about 0.5 hour to 2 hours or more. The substantially non-aqueous tooth whitening formulation is effective over a longer period of time since it is not significantly diluted or removed from the dental tray during the treatment time.

A composite regeneration membrane is utilized for separating an alveolar bone tissue and a gum epithelium tissue.
