The at least two yarns include a first yarn and a second yarn extending between and forming loops about two nodes. The second yarn has a higher tension at the two nodes than the first yarn. The second yarn substantially prevents the first yarn from moving at the two nodes and substantially prevents the knitted mesh from unraveling at the nodes.

Биологический артериальный протез малого диаметра с наружным усилением

Устройство для формирования венозных графтов

Решение поставленной задачи достигается тем, что в устройстве для формирования венозных графтов, содержащем корпус с закрепленной на нем матрицей для формирования графта нужного размера и формы, матрица содержит две пластины с закругленными ребрами, установленные в одной плоскости и соединенные винтовыми стойками, содержащими участки с правой и левой резьбой, а торцы пластин снабжены указателями со шкалой диаметров формируемых графтов. Техническим результатом является: возможность формирования как цилиндрических, так и конусовидных спиральных венозных графтов диаметром от 15 до 25 мм с бесступенчатым изменением размеров, что соответствует диаметрам крупных сосудов (аорте, крупным магистральным артериям, верхней и нижней полой вене), и, как следствие, снижение риска развития стенозов, тромбозов и прочих интра- и послеоперационных осложнений для пациента. The scaffold can be formed to operate as a variety of tissues, such as a heart valve or a vascular graft.
