Технический результат достигается решением технической задачи по созданию устройства для разгрузки позвоночника, содержащего пояс с застежкой и элемент его крепления к спинке кресла, характеризующегося тем, что задняя часть пояса выполнена жесткой по периметру, боковые части пояса выполнены гибкими в горизонтальной плоскости и жесткими в вертикальных плоскостях за счет использования жестких звеньев с ориентированными в вертикальном направлении осями вращения, элемент для крепления пояса к спинке кресла жестко соединен с задней частью пояса и фиксируется на спинке кресла. Преимущество полезной модели по сравнению с прототипом подтверждается экспериментами с опытным образцом устройства. Преимущество базируется на жесткости задней части пояса, жесткости элемента крепления пояса к креслу и жесткости их соединения между собой. Существенным преимуществом является также наличие жестких в вертикальных плоскостях и гибких в горизонтальной плоскости боковых частей пояса и конструктивной реализации их запланированной жесткости в вертикальных плоскостях, т.е. в сдерживании тела человека при вертикальных переменных нагрузках, в т.ч. при езде на неровных дорогах. Disclosed is a motorized rehabilitation apparatus and method for disabled, impaired or injured individuals, which trains a proper gait, increases blood flow, relieves stress, and reconditions lower body muscles and joints. The device comprises a powered stationary bicycle having a seat, handle grips, and rotating foot pedals that receive motive input from an electric motor and user input. The device further includes a pair of thigh braces that are connected together between the user's thighs via a hingeable link and chain that controls and trains an individual's limbs through the pedal rotation. The disclosed method further combines the present bicycle device for rehabilitation in conjunction with visual stimuli in the way of a three dimensional television display that stimulates endorphins, relieves mental stress and allows the motive input from the bicycle and mild user input to exercise the limbs of a user without focusing on the rehabilitation activity.

Spinal correction comparable to that achieved through mastery of the specific upper spinal correction procedure may be produced through the simple application of harmonic vibrations and light long axis traction to the spine. Accordingly, complex spine correction may be achieved through a relatively simple procedure, apt for automation. During the procedure the patient may be placed in a supine position and the patient's head supported. The patient's head may be elevated and/or positioned forward with respect to the rest of the body. Light long axis traction is then induced along the spine. During the induction of traction, vibrations are applied to the spine. 1. The eye mask includes a water pack to be applied onto human eyes, a thermoelectric cooling device for heating or cooling liquid of the water pack, a heat transfer member interposed between the water pack and one side of the thermoelectric cooling device, and a heat exchanger attached to the other side of the thermoelectric cooling device. The thermoelectric cooling device is configured to heat or cool the water pack through the heat transfer member. The water cooling system includes a water supply container and a conduit connecting the water supply container and the heat exchanger to circulate water from the water supply container to the heat exchanger and to return water from the heat exchanger to the water supply container. 1.
