In a preferred form, the layer is an outer coating over a core containing the pharmaceutically active substance. Coated tablets are configured to resist twinning. To produce such dosage forms, the coated core is transported in unison with a flexible mold or transfer plate that can heat-replicate the microrelief on the outer layer of the dosage form, followed by a cooling and release of the transfer plate from the coating.

A simple and quick verification of the authenticity of a blister of elements, such as pills in the pharmaceutical industry, is provided. The pills packaged in a blister can be authenticated using mobile imaging devices such as a mobile smartphone. Generally speaking, an image of the pills and their differentiating physical characteristics in the blister is acquired and compared to at least one code which is marked on the blister itself. This code may also be encrypted. A dedicated software application on the mobile smartphone can be used to decrypt the code and compare the code to the image of the pills in the blister, to thereby evaluate authenticity of the blister and its contents.

본 고안은 질병의 치료 또는 건강증진 등의 목적으로 여러 가지 약을 장기간 복용할 때에 약수납을 간편하게 하고 정해진 일시에 정해진 약을 빠뜨리지 않고 꾸준히 복용할 수 있게 도와주는 지능형 약상자에 관한 것으로서, 복용할 봉지약이나 알약을 각각의 수납공간에 수납하고 전자화 된 컨트롤부를 활용해 복용 시작일자, 복용 마지막 일자, 하루중 복용횟수, 복용시간을 미리 셋팅하고 시각장애인도 쉽게 인지할 수 있는 양각된 글자를 약상자 뚜껑에 새겨 넣고 약복용 확인센서 및 LED를 활용해 약물 오남용을 방지하고 보다 높은 약복용율로 약복용자의 건강 증진에 도움이 되는 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 약을 조제 할 때에 약 먹을 시간과 날짜에 따른 구분을 미리 설정하여 각각의 약봉지에 봉합함으로 장기간 보관 할 경우 그 내용물인 약이 파손되거나 물과 습기에 약하고 흡수된 수분이 약재를 손상시키거나 성분의 변질을 일으키는 단점과 기억력 감퇴로 인해 약복용을 빠뜨리는 경우가 왕왕 발생되고 있었다. 또한 봉투에 그 복용 방법을 인쇄 또는 필기할 경우 기재가 쉽게 지워져 정확한 복용을 어렵게 하며 맹인의 경우에는 기재를 읽을 수 없는 폐단이 있어왔다. 본 고안은 전술한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서 최대 한달 정도의 약을 수납하게 될 복용 시간대별 약수납부(아침,점심,저녁,취침전,기타)와 각각의 뚜껑으로 이루어지는 약상자와 상기 뚜껑표면에 양각의 문자를 새겨 넣어 시각장애인들도 구분 할 수 있도록 하고 각각의 약복용에 관한 시간을 셋팅하고 약복 용을 음성으로 알려주는 컨트롤부로 나누어 종래의 단점을 간단히 개선함을 목적으로 한 고안이다 약복용 확인 센서 --- 약 복용 여부를 확인하기 위해 설치하는 센서. 봉지약 정리기 --- 분리된 봉지약을 가지런히 정리하기 위한 구성품
