Disclosed herein are inventive blocky cationic organopolysiloxanes and consumer product compositions comprising such organopolysiloxanes. Such compositions can deposit effectively onto target substrates to deliver consumer-desired benefits such as conditioning, anti-wrinkle, softness, and anti-static. 4.
