Upon twisting, the neck can be broken to allow release of cosmetic composition from within the chamber.

The present invention comprises the supply and use of a new liquid cosmetic composition comprising the combining of styrene/acrylates copolymer and Biosaccharide Gum-4 preferably in an aqueous solution. This makeup-fixing composition is intended to be sprayed on top of makeup compositions, after they have been applied to the skin, so as to delay the deterioration of makeup compositions and thus having the makeup last longer.
