Субдуральный порт для дренирования хронических субдуральных гематом

Порт имеет резьбу на конце, предназначенном для завинчивания в полость черепа, с ограничителем. A reduced pressure treatment system is provided that includes a canister that is fluidly connected to a tissue site and is configured to receive fluid drawn from the tissue site under the influence of a reduced pressure. A reduced pressure source provides the reduced pressure and is fluidly connected to the tissue site by a fluid communication path, which may include a source conduit, the canister, and a target conduit. A sensing device communicates with the source conduit and is configured to sense a pressure in the source conduit. A portable, adjustable disposable medical suction system and method of use is disclosed. The system includes a delivery device to provide a conduit from a surgical site on a patient to the portable, adjustable medical suction system. The suction system may be a battery powered vacuum pump with one or more different adjustments directed to a strength of the vacuum, duration of the vacuum and interval between suction. The delivery device may be an intranasal tampon device or a tube inserted into the surgical site. During surgery and recovery at a surgical center or hospital, the vacuum source attached to the delivery system may be an industrial type vacuum source. Upon discharge, the suction system can be connected to the delivery system so that bleeding can be resolved by the patient in the comfort of his/her own home. The system and method of use is safer and mitigates body fluid borne contamination.

There is provided a device for sampling bodily fluids. Some embodiments have a handle, a lumen, and a diverter valve. The distal end of the handle is adapted to connect with a sampling device and is in fluid communication with the lumen. The present invention relates to a medical vacuum suction device used for forcibly discharging various body fluids and, more particularly, to a portable vacuum suction device comprising: a suction container provided with an internal space in a vacuum state; a connection cap coupled to an inlet of the suction container; a drain tube for guiding the discharge of a body fluid toward the connection cap; a flow rate control member for controlling the flow rate of the body fluid; and a soft corrugated tube which contracts or expands according to the vacuum pressure of the suction container. 1. A portable medical vacuum suction device comprising:a suction container having an inlet formed on a top end periphery thereof and an internal space storing a body fluid discharged from the body of a human, the internal space being in a vacuum state;a connection cap sealedly coupled to the inlet of the suction container and having a body fluid inlet port protruding from one side thereof and an inside hole formed at the center thereof to connect the body fluid inlet port and the internal space of the suction container with each other;a drain tube coupled to the body fluid inlet port to induce the body fluid discharged from the body through a vacuum pressure of the suction container;a flow rate control member rotatably disposed in the inside hole of the connection cap to control a flow rate of the body fluid introduced into the suction container through the body fluid inlet port; anda soft corrugated tube disposed on one side of the suction container or the flow rate control member in such a manner as to contract or expand according to the vacuum pressure of the suction container.2.
