Способ лечения пузырно-влагалищных свищей

Alternatively, the needle may be heated through electromagnetic induction. The chamber may be flushed by an inert gas. The compressive force may be provided by a spring, solenoid, motor or manually. Residual metal may be removed from the housing by an automated cleaning mechanism.

A locking tab assembly ( 42, 44, 50, 52 ) is securely connected to a main body of the barrel ( 12 ) and forms the opening in the trailing end ( 16 ). The locking tab assembly includes two locking fingers ( 78, 80 ). The plunger ( 20 ) has a locking plate ( 41 ) which includes two locking ports ( 86, 88 ). The locking fingers ( 78, 80 ) and locking ports ( 86, 88 ) form a needle locking assembly. The locking fingers ( 78, 80 ) are adapted to engage by a hooked fit the locking ports ( 86, 88 ) when the needle ( 18 ) is fully retracted after use to prevent any subsequent movement of the plunger ( 20 ) with the engaged needle towards the leading end. A safety needle assembly of an infusion set for infusing fluids into a subcutaneously implanted access port is disclosed. The needle assembly is configured to prevent fluid/vapor escape therefrom so as to reduce or prevent fluid exposure to a clinician using the needle assembly. In one embodiment, the needle assembly comprises a handle portion including a needle extending therefrom, the needle defining a lumen for passage of a fluid therethrough. The needle assembly also includes a safety assembly defining a needle hole through which the needle initially extends. The safety assembly is selectively and axially slidable along the needle in order to shield a distal tip of the needle and prevent user contact therewith. A fluid isolation component is included in the safety assembly for isolating fluid escape from the needle to prevent exposure to a clinician.

Also, in the initial state, the shield and the hub are configured with a rotation-resistance arrangement which inhibits relative rotation between the hub and the shield. The rotation-resistance arrangement is surmountable to allow relative rotation between the hub and the shield with an at least threshold amount of torque being applied, the threshold amount of torque being greater than required to mount the pen needle assembly onto an injector body. Advantageously, with the subject invention, a safety pen needle assembly can be provided having a shield threaded onto a hub with the assembly being mountable with the needle being in a shielded state. This minimizes the possibility of needle stick during mounting of the safety pen needle assembly.

The present invention is a hollow needle for attachment to a syringe, through which a liquid can be delivered to the stratum granulosum and/or beneath the epidermis, preferably to an area consisting from the stratum granulosum (included) to reticular dermis (included) and more preferably beneath the papillary dermis during a cosmetic procedure, the needle comprising a distal tip and including a lateral aperture adjacent to the distal tip, wherein the liquid exits the needle via the lateral aperture, and wherein the needle is flexible. Apparatus comprising a needle of the invention and a syringe, and a method of use thereof, is also provided. 1. A method for delivering , with reduced bruising and trauma , a filler liquid to a stratum granulosum during a cosmetic procedure comprising the steps of:(a) making a single micro-incision in a center of an area to be treated;(b) inserting laterally, into the single micro-incision, an entire length of a hollow needle comprising a distal tip and including a lateral aperture adjacent to the distal tip, (c) injecting the filler liquid, and (d) repeating steps (b) and (c) in a radial pattern, resembling spokes-of-a-wheel, always starting from the single micro-incision;wherein the needle is straight and flexible;wherein the distal tip of the needle is blunt and rounded; andwherein a diameter of the needle is less than 0.5 mm.2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the filler liquid is reticulated hyaluronic acid.3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein step (a) is preceded by a step consisting of injecting an anaesthetic to a site of where the single micro-incision is to be made.
