The offered invention is dealt with technologies of production of highly concentrated jets having a long range of action and finely dispersive structure of drops. Such jets may be used in fire-prevention engineering and agriculture for sprinkling and in fields of economy, where there is a necessity in the finely dispersed long range gas-drop jets. The offered group of inventions solves the following problems: provision of formation of a gas-drops two-phase stream by a method permitting to increase an overall performance of the device due to more rationalized use of energy of a liquid and a guaranteed method of dispersion of a two-phase bubbling gas-liquid stream. This technical purpose in the offered invention is achieved by development of a method of formation of a gas-drop jet providing for feeding of a liquid and a gas stream, dispersion of the liquid, mixing of the dispersed liquid with the gas stream and a speed-up of the produced two-phase gas-drop jet, in which according to the invention, a liquid is fed along the axis of the gas-drop jet. At that the liquid is dispersed a stage by stage and a gas stream, and a liquid disperse stage by a stage, preliminary they create a two-phase stream of a bubbling structure by feeding a part of the gas in the liquid. Then this mixture is subjected to action of cavitation or shockwaves and then the dispersed liquid is mixed with the rest of the gas. The invention is also characterized by the fact, that the gas-drop jet is placed in an additional external gas coaxial stream of the same direction. Распылительное устройство включает распылитель форсунки, жидкостную форсунку и корпус, содержащий сходящийся воздушный коллектор с переходным конусом для воздуха. Переходный конус окружает воздушную форсунку, которая соединена с центральной обдувочной трубкой. Обдувочная трубка питается через входное отверстие. Корпус содержит по меньшей мере одно отверстие для впуска воздуха, предназначенное для подачи газа, как прямоточного кольцевого потока вокруг форсунки. В распылительном устройстве текучая среда подается через центральную обдувочную трубку к жидкостной форсунке. Газ подается через отверстие для впуска воздуха. A spraying nozzle which receives liquid and compressed air through separate tubes 10 and 2 has a liquid flow valve, comprising a rotatable disc 12 formed with a number of different sized apertures 13, and a tube 4 for supplying liquid from the valve to a Venturi tube 3 located in the air tube. As shown, a member 5 is secured to the tube 4 and has a spindle 7 slidably keyed to it at 6. The disc 12 is rotatably mounted on the spindle, the spindle having a ring 8 fixed to it and being urged forwards by a spring 18 acting through a plug 19 and bayonet fitting 20, 21 to trap the disc 12 between the ring 8 and the member 5. The disc is rotatable to positions in which one of its apertures is in alignment with the liquid flow passages and at these positions a spring-urged ball 24 engages recesses 23 in a bevelled edge 12a to the disc; a scale 22 on the edge corresponds with the recesses.

The first component delivery tube provides an axial passage, and an annular passage is defined between the first component delivery tube and the second component delivery tube. A component travelling through the axial passage is diverted to enter the surrounding annular passage and mix with a second component traveling in that annular passage. The premixture formed by this mixture of components is then diverted from the annular passage into a post mix chamber and ultimately dispensed as a foam. A foam media may be employed to homogenous the premixture and create a high quality foam. The dispensing tube assembly is advantageously employed in a dispenser wherein soap and air are advanced through coaxial tubes to be mixed and create a foamed soap product.

Apparatus for spraying powdered materials. A spray gun for applying hot powdered thermoplastic materials to a substrate to be coated may be constructed in such a fashion as to have no moving parts. A first fluid amplifier section inspirates the powdered material and cool air from the outside atmosphere. A second fluid amplifier section also inspirates outside air. This air is heated as it is inspirated. A transition section connects the two fluid amplifier sections. The powdered material inspirated by the first fluid amplifier section mixes with the heated air inspirated by the second fluid amplifier section. This causes partial melting of the powdered material so that as it exits from the second fluid amplifier toward the substrate to be coated, the material is in a condition to allow more uniform coating of the substrate.

The uncured compositions can be delivered through a spray nozzle with the glass fibers already mixed into the composition. The compositions can provide uniform, non-directional strength characteristics, e.g., modulus of rupture of at least 16 MPa and a limit of proportionality of at least 7 MPa with a glass-fiber content of no more than 4% by weight.

A gas-liquid separation mechanism that separates the gas and liquid in the spray fluid and the spray medium is formed in the interior of the spray medium flow path, and branch parts that separate the flow path into multiple paths are provided downstream from the gas-liquid separation mechanism, with each of these branch parts being connected to a different outlet hole. Liquid fuel at the liquid outlet holes is sprayed with a high spray pressure and an appropriate gas-liquid ratio, and after spraying the liquid fuel easily mixes with combustion gas flowing at a separate location, so it is possible to suppress the generation of soot and CO, which are easily produced when the fuel concentration is high.

The saturated contaminated air stream expands the surface area of the solution reservoir (808) exponentially into an aqueous froth (815) of tiny bubbles. Contaminants and solution micro-droplets suspended in the air, settle out by acceleration of gravity into the wet surfaces of each bubble. The froth is dewatered by condensation onto cold refrigerant coils (820). The liquid solution and contaminants drain from the refrigerant coils (820) into the solution reservoir (808). Solution micro-droplets remaining in the air steam are separated by a centrifugal blower/droplets (140) separator and drain back into the solution reservoir (808). The air steam is passed through condensing refrigerant coils (160) to reheat the air steam.

A two fluid slit nozzle for jetting highly atomized filmlike jet mist homogeneous in the length direction by mixing liquid and gas. A fluid jet gun has a tubular guide (31), a nozzle (27), an inside nozzle (45), and liquid piping (50). The tubular guide (31) extends forward and has a brush (34) embedded in the guide. The nozzle (27) is constructed from a flexible tube material whose front end side is adapted to be a free end. One gas flow, out of the gas flows obtained by branching a gas flow by a branch section (25), is supplied to and passed through the nozzle (27). By this, the nozzle (27) rotates with guidance by the tubular guide (31), jetting the gas flow from its front end toward the brush (34). The inside nozzle (45) jets, from its front end, the other gas supplied from the branch section (25) and having passed through a flow rate regulation section (37). The liquid piping (50) penetrates through the tubular guide (31) to interconnect the inside of the tubular guide (31) and a liquid supply source (12). The inside nozzle (45) is inserted in the liquid piping (50) at its intermediate position so as to be directed to the tubular guide section (31). The liquid piping (50) sucks liquid from the liquid supply source (12) by an effect of negative pressure produced by jetting of the gas from the inside nozzle (45) and jets the liquid to the inside of the tubular guide (31). The fluid jet gun can mix a sufficient amount of the liquid with the gas and jet the mixture in fine particles.

A fluid spraying gun of the present invention includes: a tube-shape guide, on which a brush extending forward is implanted; a nozzle, which is formed of a flexible pipe member with a front end thereof as a free end, and sprays one portion of gas, which is supplied from the flow separation portion and passes through the nozzle, toward the brush from the front end thereof, while the nozzle undergoes the gyrating motion guided by the tube-shape guide; an inner nozzle, which sprays gas which has passed through a flow rate adjustment portion from a tip portion thereof; and a liquid distribution pipe, which penetrates the tube-shape guide, links an inside of the tube-shape guide with a liquid supply source, has an intermediate portion into which the inner nozzle is inserted in a state where the inner nozzle is directed toward the tube-shape guide, and draws up liquid from the liquid supply source by a negative pressure arising from spraying of gas by the inner nozzle to cause spraying of liquid on the inside of the tube-shape guide. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fluid spraying gun in which a liquid with an adequate flow rate can be mixed with a gas, converted into minute drops and sprayed.
