A self-contained, hand-held spray dispensing device includes an internal source of pressurized fluid that exerts a motive force on a pair of liquid ejecting elements to cause each to eject a liquid into a discharge line. The liquids remain separated until each exits its discharge port. A pressurized fluid is directed over the outlet ends of the discharge line beginning before a flow interrupter in the discharge line is opened to permit flow therethrough and ceasing after liquid flow is terminated. The pressurized fluid flow over the outlet of the discharge line aerosolizes liquids emanating from the outlet ends. Each liquid ejecting element takes the form of a piston disposed within a cylinder. The pistons responds to pressurized fluid imposed directly thereon from the source to generate the motive force on the ejecting element.

A manually operable spray gun which provides a variable spray pattern of liquid passing through the gun from a source of pressurized liquid. A valve spool is reciprocally movable in opposite directions by a pivotally mounted trigger. One spool end has a valve which closes flow through the spool; the other spool end is a flow control element having a flow control surface. The spool can be moved from a position where the valve controlling the flow into the spool is closed to a position where the valve is open and the spacing between the flow control element and the nozzle is varied. By varying this spacing, liquid flow can be varied from flowing directly to a nozzle orifice to flowing along the interior conical surface of the nozzle. The diameter of the conical pattern may be varied by changing the spacing between the flow control element and the nozzle.

A finger-operated switch is revealed. The finger-operated switch includes a main body and a switch. The main body includes an intake channel, a turning channel and an outlet channel connected sequentially. On end of the outlet channel near the turning channel is arranged with an outlet and mounted with a waterproof gasket. The switch including a rotating shaft and a waterproof spacer is set on the rotating shaft. There is a certain distance between the turning channel and the rotating shaft mounted therein. The waterproof spacer is floatable in and moving synchronously with the rotating shaft. While adjusting the rotating shaft, the waterproof spacer is driven to close or open the outlet of the waterproof gasket. When the outlet is closed, a pushing force is produced toward the outlet because water pressure in the turning channel presses the waterproof spacer. A watertight effect is achieved.

A control valve for a fluid dispensing device comprises a valve stem, a valve body, a cap and an adjustment mechanism. The elongate valve stem has a flange. The valve body comprises a valve bore in which the elongate valve stem is configured to translate, and a flow path intersecting the valve bore and into which the valve stem penetrates. The cap is joined to the valve body to receive the valve stem such that the flange is positioned between the valve body and the cap. The adjustment mechanism changes a position of the cap with respect to the valve body to vary a distance between the cap and the flange which adjusts the force, and thereby the pressure at which the valve opens. 1. A method of dispensing adhesive onto a stretched elastic strand includes applying a first volume of adhesive onto a first portion of the elastic strand, applying a second volume of adhesive onto a second portion of the elastic strand, and applying a third volume of adhesive onto a third portion of the elastic strand. The second volume is less than the first and third volumes. When the elastic strand is adhered to a substrate to form a personal disposable hygiene product, the first and third portions of the elastic strand define opposing ends of the elastic strand, which are adhered with a larger amount of adhesive to resist creep at the opposing ends. Such a dispensing device has a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a reservoir and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates the trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve. In a dispensing head a valve is provided to regulate the strength of the flow and preclude leakage. Once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it can be dispensed by a user opening an activation valve, such as by pressing on an activation button, and spray can be abruptly stopped by a user ceasing to push on such button. Or, for example, in alternate embodiments without an activation button, once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, continuous spray occurs until the pressure chamber is emptied. By repeatedly pumping the trigger before the pressure chamber is fully emptied, continuous spray can be achieved. An apparatus for applying a thermoplastic powder to internal threads of a fastener includes a vacuum nozzle having an end adapted to engage a first surface of the fastener. A spray tube is sized to be inserted within the bore of the fastener and communicates with a source or sources of thermoplastic powder and pressurized air. A bushing is mounted on the spray tube so that the spray tube is able to slide with respect to the bushing. The bushing is adapted to engage a second surface of the fastener. The spray tube and bushing are movable between clamping positions, where the vacuum nozzle and the bushing engage the first and second surfaces of the fastener, and release positions where the vacuum nozzle and the bushing do not engage the first and second surfaces of the fastener. A fastener holder holds the fastener between the vacuum nozzle and the bushing so that when the vacuum nozzle and the bushing are in the clamping positions, the spray tube enters the bore of the fastener and sprays thermoplastic powder on the internal threads of the fastener with excess thermoplastic powder collected by the vacuum nozzle. The tool includes a tapping head, a reservoir filled with cutting fluid, a centrifugal force-reactive pump and at least two discharge nozzles. The pump includes a plurality of biased piston springs that are forced outward and store centripetal force when the tool is rotated at speeds above normal tapping speed. When the rotational speed of the tool is reduced, the piston springs overcome the centrifugal forces and force cutting fluid through the discharge nozzles. The volume of cutting fluid discharged is controlled by adjusting the viscosity of the cutting fluid, the tool's maximum speed, by using different size discharge nozzles, and by using different pump cycles. 1. A cutting fluid discharge tool accessory , comprising:a. a reservoir body with and axially aligned shank and an inner cavity filled with cutting fluid; and,b. a pump assembly aligned below and attached to said reservoir body, said pump assembly includes at least one discharge nozzle coupled to a centripetal force controlled pump that draws cutting fluid from said reservoir by and selectively releases of cutting fluid into said discharge nozzle assembly when the tool assembly is rotated at a speed needed form a tap and then reduced to a desired needed for tapping, said pump assembly includes a cutting tap mounting surface configured to attach to a cutting tap that includes a tip located below said pump assembly, said discharge nozzle assembly includes a discharge nozzle aligned on said pump body and aimed towards said tap so cutting fluid dispensed from said discharge nozzle is aimed at said tap.2.
