The cleaning solution being adapted to clean the conductor without reacting with or damaging the conductor. 1. A method of determining when to replace a cleaning solution in a conductor cleaning system with a new cleaning solution , comprising:(a) measuring a pH of the cleaning solution prior to and after each cleaning of multiple electrical conductors;(b) calculating a drop in pH of the cleaning solution for each cleaning using the pH measurements taken prior to and after each cleaning of the electrical conductors;(c) determining a range of drop in pH using the calculated drops in pH for each cleaning; and(d) replacing the cleaning solution with the new cleaning solution when a calculated drop in pH exceeds the determined range of drop in pH.2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning solution includes ascorbic acid.3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the ascorbic acid protects an aluminum-zinc coating on a conductor being cleaned by the cleaning solution. After hydrophobization of surfaces of patterns, a liquid film of pure water or the like is formed on the surfaces of the substrate. At this stage, the liquid of the liquid film cannot be present between the patterns because of hydrophobization, and gas is present there. With the front surface of the substrate covered with the liquid film, a liquid to which ultrasonic waves are applied is supplied to the back surface of the substrate, whereby the back surface of the substrate is cleaned due to the cavitation collapse energy in the liquid caused by the ultrasonic waves. While collapse of cavitation occurs at the front surface of the substrate, the presence of the gas between the patterns prohibits collapse of cavitation between the patterns, the liquid film can prevent contamination while preventing collapse of the patterns, and the back surface of the substrate is cleaned favorably. 1. A washing and doping mechanism , comprising:a bushing that is configured to engage a tubular that is in a substantially vertical orientation, wherein the bushing is configured to rotate, thereby causing the tubular to rotate about a central longitudinal axis of the tubular; anda sprayer configured to spray a fluid onto the tubular in the substantially vertical orientation.2. The washing and doping mechanism of claim 1 , wherein the bushing is at least partially conical.3. The washing and doping mechanism of claim 2 , wherein a width of the bushing increases proceeding downward.4. The washing and doping mechanism of claim 1 , wherein the bushing is configured to contact an inner diameter of a lower end of the tubular while a gap is present between the bushing and an outer diameter of the lower end of the tubular claim 1 , and wherein the gap allows the fluid to contact at least a portion of a substantially horizontal surface of the lower end of the tubular.5. The washing and doping mechanism of claim 1 , further comprising a drive gear bushing positioned below the bushing claim 1 , wherein the bushing is configured to contact an inner diameter of a lower end of the tubular while a gap is present between an outer diameter of the lower end of the tubular and the drive gear bushing claim 1 , and wherein the gap allows the fluid to contact at least a portion of a substantially horizontal surface of the lower end of the tubular.6.
