The conveying device is composed of a first conveyor belt (4) which conveys workpieces (3) of different configurations through a first abrasive-blasting chamber (1), of a second conveyor belt (5) which begins before the end of the first conveyor belt, is arranged beneath the latter and conveys the workpieces through a second abrasive-blasting chamber (1), and of a turning device (6) which turns the workpieces, held by a magnetic force, through 180 DEG . The deflection means (7) which is arranged above the second conveyor belt (5) and belongs to the first conveyor belt (4) is designed as a turning device (6) as a result of the arrangement of at least one magnet (10), preferably an electromagnet, arranged inside the belt deflection means. Относится к области машиностроения.На основании узла установлен несуще-, подающе-, вращающий изделие механизм, выполненный в виде трех зубчатых колес, плоскости дисков которых расположены в единой пространственной плоскости. Два верхних колеса установлены на стойках, прикрепленных к основанию узла, а нижнее зубчатое колесо - на основании. Зубцы колес кинематически охвачены единой гибкой цепной связью с обеспечением ее провиса между верхними зубчатыми колесами, одно из которых оснащено электроприводом. Основание узла оснащено стандартными средствами крепления к фундаментной опоре конвейера. Обрабатываемое изделие размещается в провисе цепной связи между верхними зубчатыми колесами. С целью обеспечения вращения изделий некруглых поперечных сечений вокруг их продольных осей одновременно с продольной подачей в зону обработки, узел (и все узлы в линейном ряду конвейера) прикреплен к фундаментной опоре конвейера так, что единая пространственная плоскость расположения зубчатых колес располагается под углом 40-60° к вертикальной плоскости, вмещающей продольную ось изделия.

The blasting cabin 1 has upper and lower slinger wheels 2, 3 and the workpieces 4, such as mould packs, are carried by the grate bars 5 through the cabin. The grate bars are arranged in groups of five connected to respective holders 11 removably secured by pins 12 to the conveyer 6 which has two chain belts provided with rollers 8 supported by rails 9, 10. In another arrangement, the grate bars are arranged in groups of three and taper towards their free ends. A device 16 for drawing the workpieces from the conveyer is disposed at the end thereof and consists of a plate 19 connected to the rod 18 of a piston-and-cylinder device 17. In another embodiment, Figs. 4 and 6, the blasting cabin 20 has upper and lower blasting wheels 21, 22 for operating on workpieces 29 carried by grate bars 25, 28 connected to conveyers movable in opposite directions as shown by the arrows 26, 27. A turning or reversing station 30 is situated adjacent the discharge end 47 of one conveyer and in front of the head end 48 of the other conveyer and consists of a container 43 having open sides 44, 45, Figs. 6 and 8, facing the conveyers. The container is mounted on a hollow shaft 32 rotatable in bearings 46 by a chain drive 34 from a motor 33. A piston-rod 35 of a cylinder 36 passes through the shaft 32 for removing a workpiece from the container on to the second conveyer, the workpiece having been transferred from the first conveyer into the container by the device 16. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Strahlen von rotationssymmetrischen Teilen, insbesondere Metallteilen mittels eines Strahlmittels, insbesondere zum Entsanden von Gusseisenteilen, zum Entsanden, Entgraten und zur Oberflächenveredelung von Leichtmetallteilen, zum Entzundern von Guss- und Schmiedeteilen, zum Kugelstrahlen von Metallteilen, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten - Einbringen der einzelnen Teile in eine Strahlkammer, - Bewegen der Teile entlang eines Förderpfades durch die Strahlkammer, - Strahlen der Teile mittels Strahlmittel von drei Seiten, nämlich von oben und von beiden Seiten, - Drehen der Teile um ihre Rotationsachse während des Durchlaufs durch die Strahlkammer, wobei die Rotationsachse quer zur Förderrichtung der Teile gerichtet ist, - Entnahme der einzelnen gestrahlten Teile am Auslass der Strahlenkammer.

本发明提供板状部件的加工装置及其加工方法。能够在基材上形成有薄膜层而平面为四边形的板状部件上将周缘部的不需要的薄膜层高效地除去。具有供上述板状部件的周缘部插入并除去该周缘部的不需要的薄膜层的周缘部加工室以及使上述板状部件移动的移动单元,上述周缘部加工室是顶面封闭而对向面开口的中空形状的周缘部加工用飞散防止罩以及具有与上述周缘部加工用飞散防止罩的开口面相同形状的开口面的周缘部加工用吸引罩连结而成的构造体。在上述周缘部加工室中将喷丸用加工喷嘴以该喷嘴的喷射口被上述周缘部加工用飞散防止罩的壁面覆盖的方式配置。
