The hand tool resembling pliers is used to join two sheets or strips of material together. One jaw (2) of the pliers has a screw with a plain end (5) which projects beyond the face of the jaw. The other jaw (3) has a spring loaded pin (6) which also projects above the face of the jaw. A strip or sheet of material (11) has a hole (12) fitted over the end of the pin. A second strip or sheet (10) is placed between the jaws which are then closed. The end of the screw deforms the material of the strip or sheet forcing it into the hole as the pin is forced downwards. The button formed by the deformation of the strip is wedged in the hole holds the two strips together.

The tips (1, 2) of the two arms widen outwards to grip a portion of the circumference of the disc, and are shaped to fit one inside the other. The lower tip (1) terminates in a flat portion, behind which is a step (11) forming a thicker part. The upper tip (2) terminates in a thicker tip (21) which then steps down to a thinner part so that the two tips interlock. The faces of these steps is curved to match the radius (R) of the disc, and when fully closed, there is a clearance (4) between them. There is also a clearance (5) between the horizontal faces. The think tip of the lower arm projects beyond the tip of the upper arm.

I claim that the cabinet hanging clamp is an attachment to a locking plier with a bracket that has the purpose of attaching to the top center of the side panel of a framed cabinet , so that the plier locks on the cabinet prior to installation , then supports the weight of the cabinet as it is lifted and hung on to another cabinet. The clamp holds and aligns the cabinet in exact alignment to the previous cabinet installed , so that it can be attached to the wall and adjoining cabinet.2. The clamp may be positioned in a manner in which it does not obstruct the patella or the prosthesis, allowing the surgeon to attend to other elements of the procedure while the bone cement is allowed to cure.

A universal tool which can be a screwdriver, wrench, pliers, or any other tool. The tool can operate on an object (e.g., a screw, bolt, etc.) of any shape because of a set of pins that can mold to match a shape of the object. For example, a same universal screwdriver has pegs which mold themselves to match a shape of a slotted screw head or mold themselves to match a shape of a philips screw head. A user of the universal screwdriver can then turn such screw by turning the universal screwdriver in a standard fashion. When the universal screwdriver is removed from the object, then the pegs automatically revert themselves to a default position so a different shaped screw head can then be operated on.

A push-to-connect fitting removal tool that includes first and second handles pivotally-connected for being grasped and manually moved towards and away from each other, a first guide bar connected to both the first and second handles, and a second guide bar connected to both the first and second handles and cooperating with the first guide bar for converting pivotal movement of the first and second handles into non-pivoting, translation motion of the first and second guide bars. A push fitting jaw is attached to the first guide bar and a pipe jaw is attached to the second guide bar for being moved towards and away from each other as the first and second handles are moved towards and away from each other. A pair of dental pliers for use by a parent to extract a non-permanent tooth from a child's mouth. The dental pliers include a left leg and a right leg that are pivotally engaged with each other. Disclosed are an apparatus and related methods for quickly deactivating or otherwise plugging a sprinkler, wherein the deactivated sprinkler may automatically reactivate in view of an unexpected fire. Generally, the disclosed apparatus comprises: a forked clamping arm and a jaw arm with a stopper plug, wherein the forked clamping arm is positioned around a body of a fire-sprinkler and the plug is squeezed against an outlet of a fire-sprinkler via locking plier action between the clamping arm member and the jaw arm member. Suitably, a water tight seal is created by the plug over the outlet. Preferably, the plug of the apparatus may be configured to melt whenever ambient temperatures surrounding the sprinkler reach a threshold level so that the sprinkler may reactivate in view of an unexpected fire in its proximity. 1. I claim an apparatus for deactivating sprinkler heads comprising:a forked damping arm;a jaw arm with a stopper plug;wherein the forked clamping arm is positioned around a body of a fire-sprinkler and the plug is squeezed against an outlet of the fire-sprinkler via locking plier action between the clamping arm member and the jaw arm member.2.
