The coating is ideally 1 micronmeter-1mm thick and is over 50% by volume carbon nanomaterial. It could be applied as a dispersion such as varnish, wood stain, paint, primer or undercoat by spraying, dipping, brushing or temperature or pressure coating. The liquid dispersion is preferably 1-10% by weight carbon nanomaterial and contains a binder, a surfactant, trichloromethane, poly(methyl methacrylate), acetone, nitromethane, water, linseed oil, inorganic solvents and/or polymers. Coated wood pieces could be assembled into a structure with the coating layers oriented transversely or longitudinally.

The method of claim 1 , further comprising:waiting a predetermined amount of time subsequent to pressurizing the pressure chamber to allow the inorganic solution to absorb into the LVL.3. GREEN PROCESS FOR MODIFYING WOOD

This invention relates to a process for modifying wood. The process comprises treating the wood with an impregnating solution comprising an alkali metal (or alkaline earth metal) silicate, under conditions sufficient to impregnate the wood with one or more of the components of the impregnating solution. The process can comprise an optional second impregnation with a second impregnating solution. The process also comprises adding gaseous carbon dioxide to the treated wood, in the absence or presence of water, under pressure ranging from about 2 to about 12 bars, thereby lowering the pH of the treated wood to about 11 or below, to stabilize and/or fix the components of the impregnating solution in the wood. The process is green, non-toxic, and the resulting modified wood or wood product can be used across all primary construction and infrastructure applications. 1. A process for modifying wood , comprising:{'sub': '2', 'treating the wood with an impregnating solution comprising an alkali metal (or alkaline earth metal) silicate, under conditions sufficient to impregnate the wood with one or more of the components of the impregnating solution, wherein the weight ratio of SiOto alkali metal (or alkaline earth metal) oxide in the alkali metal (or alkaline earth metal) silicate ranges from about 2.0 to about 4.0; and'}adding gaseous carbon dioxide to the treated wood, in the absence or presence of water, under pressure ranging from about 2 to about 12 bars, thereby lowering the pH of the treated wood to about 11 or below, to stabilize and/or fix the components of the impregnating solution in the wood,wherein the process is green, non-toxic as being carried out in the absence of a pesticide or biocide, or as being carried out with an environmentally safe boron level in the impregnating solution of no more than 1% by wt.2. A durable palm fiber composite material is obtained by impregnating an unprocessed palm bark in a resin adhesive solution prepared by using a palm leaf as a raw material and then hot-pressing. The palm bark is dried under a natural state without additional processing. The palm leaf is made into a tannin resin adhesive solution under the effect of additives such as furfuryl alcohol, paraformaldehyde, and others. A pH value of the adhesive solution is controlled to be 9-11. A solid content is 40-60%. An adhesive amount applied to the palm bark by the resin adhesive solution is 800-1500 g/m. Odd number of layers (three or more layers) of palm barks that are impregnated by the resin adhesive solution and are hot-pressed to the composite material. Hot-pressed parameters are as follows: the temperature is 150-180° C. the unit pressure is 0.8-1.5 MPa, and the time is 10-30 s/mm. 1. A durable palm fiber composite material , wherein , the durable palm fiber composite material is obtained by using a palm bark as a substrate , impregnating the palm bark in a resin adhesive solution prepared by using a palm leaf as a raw material and then hot-pressing the impregnated multi-layer palm bark.2. The durable palm fiber composite material of claim 1 , wherein claim 1 , the palm bark is a raw palm bark cut from a palm tree without being processed chemically.3. According to the invention, on the upper surface of the top wood-veneer a hydrophobic agent is applied before coating of the upper surface and on the lower surface of the top wood-veneer an impregnation resin is applied, such that the top wood-veneer of the formwork casting panel becomes at least partially saturated with the hydrophobic agent and impregnated with the impregnation resin.

In particular, the fiberboard comprises: a medium-density fiberboard prepared from a mixture of a melamine resin adhesive containing formaldehyde and wood fibers; a wood veneer sheet bonded to the medium-density fiberboard; a natural adhesive containing cypress sap for bonding the medium-density fiberboard and the wood veneer sheet; and a liquid comprising polysaccharides for fine dust adsorption function, and titanium oxide, wherein the liquid is coated on the entire fiberboard to which the wood veneer sheet is attached.

The fitting takes advantage of one or more hollow members in the cross-laminated panels to provide contiguous routing paths for wires, pipes, and venting within the cross-laminated panels themselves, extending across any layout of multiple cross-laminated panels. The fitting may additionally serve as mechanical support for attachment of adjacent panels. Further, the fitting may provide structural connection for the CLT panels as required to meet structural code requirements for the building.

Provided is a board material processing composition enabling manufacture of a board material laminate which is non-combustible and superior in adhesive performance. In order to solve this problem, a board material processing composition that inhibits combustion of a board material due to heating contains: an inorganic carbonization promotion component that promotes carbonization of an organic component in the board material during the heating; an inorganic chain inhibition component that inhibits a reaction chain to adjacent components due to a product of endothermic decomposition generated during the heating; and inorganic hydrophobic binder particles that adhere the organic component in the board material with the carbonization promotion component and the chain inhibition component.
