First and second rolls can carry the elements in molten form within cavities in the roller surfaces or patterns of solid elements within first and second matrices, can be joined together at the nip of the rolls by heat or chemical means to produce substantial savings in fabric manufacture.

The rectangular-shaped plateaus may be spaced apart by valleys. Engagement of the energy directors of the anvil with the corresponding surface of the sonotrode may cause minor elastic deformation of work pieces positioned therebetween prior to ultrasonic welding.

A stem bore adapted to receive a valve stem may extend axially inward from the second end, and a mating protrusion may extend axially outward from the first end. The valve plug assembly also includes a plug tip having a first end and a second end, and a plug surface adapted to engage a valve seat is disposed adjacent to the first end. A mating bore may extend axially inward from the second end, and the mating protrusion may be received into the mating bore such that a threaded portion of the mating protrusion engages a threaded portion of the mating bore. Additionally, an adhesive bonds the threaded portion of the mating protrusion to the threaded portion of the mating bore. 1. Process for manufacturing composite material products comprising:molding at least one main component made of a composite material and one or more secondary components made of a composite material by means of two or more main molds and one or more secondary molds, respectively, wherein the main component is obtained by curing resin which is injected through one or more inlets between the main molds to impregnate main substrates arranged between the main molds;arranging one or more intermediate substrates of fibers, in particular carbon fibers, pre-impregnated with a resin, between said main component and/or said secondary components in a molding assembly comprising at least one main mold and/or one or more secondary molds, so that the main component is arranged on one side of an intermediate substrate and a secondary component is arranged on the other side of this intermediate substrate between at least one main mold and at least one secondary mold of the molding assembly; andcuring the resin of said intermediate substrates in the molding assembly, so that the main component and the secondary components are joined to each other through the intermediate substrates.24. Process according to claim 23 , wherein at least one main mold used to mold the main component is at least one main mold of the molding assembly.25.
