Изобретение относится к контейнеру, изготовленному из листов или пленки, и способу его изготовления. Контейнер представляет собой пакет, имеющий передний, задний и нижний листы. Нижний лист пакета сложен вдоль его средней линии, причем клапаны листа проходят вниз от линии сгиба и каждый из двух нижних краев клапанов сварен с нижним краем переднего или заднего листа. Боковые края переднего и заднего листов сварены друг с другом, причем между двумя нижними частями сваренных краев расположены оба боковых края нижнего сложенного листа. Для получения контейнера центральная часть нижнего листа разложена так, чтобы эта разложенная часть имела, по существу, прямоугольную форму, образуя дно. Центральные части нижних краев нижнего листа образуют передний и задний края дна, а периферийные части нижнего листа образуют две перекрывающиеся треугольные части, чьи нижние края ограничивают два боковых края прямоугольного дна, образуя в соответствии с этим переднюю и заднюю стеновые секции контейнера, проходящие от указанных переднего и заднего краев, и боковые стенки, проходящие от указанных боковых краев. The control apparatus includes an information obtaining unit that obtains information indicating a rotational position of the rotor and a status value of the driver in predetermined cycles, and a determination unit that determines a presence of an abnormality in a sealed portion of the packaging material using, from the information obtained by the information obtaining unit, a status value of the driver corresponding to a rotational position of the rotor falling within a predetermined range or being a predetermined position. 1. A packing machine packs the material (2) in a continuous length of flattened tube (1) made from a flexible material. The material (2) is apced evenly along the flattened tube which is passed between two rollers (5,6). Each roller has four radial arms with the end face of each arm forming part of a cylindrical surface which is co-axial with the rotational axes of the roller. The end face of each arm has a number of parallel grooves and ridges formed on its surface. The rollers are so positioned that the ridges of one roller fit into the grooves of the other roller. As the flattened tube passes between the rollers theses ridges and grooves form longitudinal corrugations in the tube and blades (9) attached to the upper roller cut the tube transversely to form separate packets (15). USE/ADVANTAGE - The packets are embossed and cut in one operation.

The first and second operation surfaces are arranged to weld a first portion (7a, 107a) of the packaging material to a second portion (7b, 107b) of the packaging material. At least one of the first or second operation surfaces comprises a first welding surface (11a, 111a) defining a first extension plane and a second welding surface (11b, 111b) defining a second extension plane, which has a different orientation than the first extension plane. The first and second welding surfaces are partly delimited by a cutting edge (15, 115, 215) having an extension direction along the first and second welding surfaces, such that the cutting edge separates the first welding surface from the second welding surface. The present invention further relates to an arrangement (19) for manufacturing of portion-packed oral pouched snuff products, which arrangement comprises such a sealing device. The present invention also relates to a method for portion-packing of an oral pouched snuff product.

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A package for dispensing a substance that imparts a desirable property to a body of water. The dispensing package comprises a water permeable bag of non-woven fabric enclosing a predetermined quantity of particulated product, such as tea or coffee that releases a flavouring substance in steeping liquid. The non-woven fabric has a thermally activated bonding surface permitting to permanently close the bag by peripherally heat-sealing the bag walls to one another. The heat-sealing operation is performed by driving in the wall portions to be joined a multitude of heated projections that rapidly transfer heat to the thermally activated bonding layers in order to quickly effect the seal. The resulting joint area displays a plurality of perforations formed by the heated projections. The invention also extends to a method and apparatus for heat-sealing the dispensing package.
