Method for determining composite articles using vacuum transfer

FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preventing leakage of a vacuum bag through an inner chamber vacuum seal. Technical result is achieved by a method of preventing seepage through the seal of the inner chamber of the vacuum bag during curing of the composite laying, which includes application of inner bag vacuum pressure to inner chamber of bag and external vacuum pressure to external vacuum chamber. Inner chamber of the bag is formed by a vacuum bag covering the composite laying and sealed relative to the molding device, and vacuum pressure of the inner bag is not less than the pressure of the external vacuum. Temperature of composite laying increases to high temperature to initiate aging period at temperature. Ventilation of external vacuum chamber by connection with atmosphere for initiation of ventilation period of external vacuum chamber during period of aging at temperature. Application of compression pressure to seal of internal chamber of bag during ventilation period of external vacuum chamber. Repeated application of external vacuum pressure to external vacuum chamber for completion of ventilation period of external vacuum chamber.EFFECT: technical result is to ensure integrity and efficiency of seal inner chamber bags during hardening of composite laying.15 cl, 10 dwg The present invention relates to a tile for heat insulation and noise reduction and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, is installed in a bathroom or toilet. Since the tile acts as an insulator between the tile and the installation surface in winter, the tile itself is not cold even in direct contact with the tile, making it convenient and convenient to use the bathroom or toilet. By intersecting a plurality of cut lines, the central part or part of the tile can be partially removed along the cut line along the cut line in accordance with the water supply or drain port installed in the bathroom or toilet, and then installed on the entire installation surface, which is convenient for installation. The cost and construction period are reduced, and a plurality of anti-skid protrusions are formed on the upper surface of the tile to prevent the user from slipping and at the same time have an acupressure effect, thereby improving safety and health. The support protrusion is formed to protrude to one side, and a plurality of space portions are formed inside the tile, thereby minimizing transmission of noise and vibration to the outside through the tile and reducing noise and vibration introduced from the outside.

Robbie Sjostedt
Lifting Solutions Inc

A composite sucker rod assembly is provided for use in down-hole wells. The sucker rod assembly includes a plurality of wound fiber strength elements that are drawn into an in-situ mold tube or clamshell and resin-infused in conjunction with creating a conical wedge terminus connection for at least one end-fitting. Each terminus fitting has a tapered cavity with a proximal opening to receive the composite material. The cavity is tapered so as to flare outwardly from said cavity's proximal opening toward the cavity's distal end. A two-piece cruciform or single piece pin insert interlocks with the wound fiber elements and the terminus fitting to form a high strength connection. The assembly is tensioned prior to infusing and curing the resin matrix for the composite. The mid-span of the sucker rod or tension member can be molded in an oval, elliptical or airfoil shape by various means.
