The object of the invention is a method to produce plastic pipe where a pipe of two or more layers is extruded and where at least one layer has additive that by heat treatment releases free radicals. Immediately after the extrusion, the pipe is heat treated by leading it either through a hot salt bath or an infra red radiation so that the mentioned additive decomposes. Now, the layer(s) having additive get cross-linked and additionally the cross--linked layer(s) fix with chemical bonds to at least one other layer. With this method it is possible to produce a plastic pipe where there is no need to use a separate adhesion plastic layer to fix to each other layers that reject each other.

In the method, the two edges are located together with the said coated faces facing outwardly, a binding strip is located over the said coated faces, the face of the binding strip in contact with the coated faces itself being coated with a high frequency activated material, and a radiofrequency field is applied to the seam to weld together adjacent said coated faces of the binding strip and the fabric. The interior layer material is caused to flow along a steam line offset from the zero velocity gradient of the combined material flow in a manner so that the interior layer material flow stream does not flow along or cross the zero velocity gradient yet has a greater flow velocity than the average flow velocity of the combined flow front. These methods and apparatus can mold four or more multilayer articles at once, each having an interior layer extending throughout 95% or more of the sealable portion of the article. The waterproof sheet provided by the present invention less breaks than conventional waterproof sheets because of the reinforcement layer, and can conform to cracks or dislocations occurring in the surfaces to which the waterproof sheet has been applied, due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface. Since the waterproof sheet includes silicones as main components and is hence excellent in terms of weatherability, heat resistance, and freeze resistance, this waterproof sheet can retain the function required of waterproof sheets, over a longer period.

More specifically, the elastic film is formed from one or more low density semi-crystalline propylene-based polymers that possess a unique combination of mechanical, elastic, and oil-resistant properties. By using such elastomeric polymers, the resulting elastic film may also be thermally bonded to the nonwoven web material(s) without the need for oil-resistant adhesives. Further, the bonding conditions may be selected so that apertures do not form in the film. In this manner, the resulting composite is impervious to oils or other liquids (e.g., solvents, water, solutions, etc.) and thus acts as a barrier during use.

케이스의 두 부품을 용접할 때 둘러싼 테두리에 따라 생성된 용융물은 미리 설계된 외곽에 의해, 다시 말하여 주로 회로기판 방향으로 유도되어 이 기판을 형태 접합식으로 고정시킨다. 본 발명은 이미 알려진 플라스틱 레이저 용접에 바탕을 두고 있다. 본 발명에서는 거기서 지정된 기본 윤곽을 변형하여 용융물이 제어되지 않고 양쪽 방향으로 분산되지 않고 의도적으로 케이스 내부 공간 방향으로 유도되도록 하였다. 이러한 개념의 장점은 회로기판을 고정하고 케이스를 밀폐할 때 단 한 번만 작업하면 된다는 점이다. 또한 회로기판의 고정면도 기존의 고온 가스 리벳에서보다 훨씬 넓다. 이때 지지면이 회로기판의 테두리 구역에만 영향을 주기 때문에 회로기판이 필요로 하는 면적도 적다. 또한 이 테두리 구역은 개별 회로기판이 패널에서 분리되므로 차단 구역으로 정의된다. 접촉면이 넓어지기 때문에 플라스틱의 유동에 의한 기본 장력의 손실은 장애가 되지 않는다. 위에서 언급한 장점 외에도 본 방법은 공정 시 상당히 안전한 바, 왜냐하면 특히 힘을 평가하여 용접 궤적을 제어하기 때문이다. 그러므로 기본 장력이 상승할 때(스토퍼가 회로기판에 놓인 후) 회로기판에 하중을 강하게 가하지 않고 용접을 중단시킬 수 있다.
