Изобретение относитс  к химическому машиностроению, в частности к способам изготовлени  многослойного  чеистого материала из полотен с диагональными гофрами или со специальными выступами, при этом дл  увеличени  производительности и повышени  прочности пакет формируют в обойме преимущественно из пластин с диагональными гофрами 1 или специальными выступами , расположенными так, что угол между соприкасающимис  гофрами равен удвоенному углу наклона гофр, а вершины специально образованных выступов соприкасаютс  между собой. Пакет сжимают при помощи ст жных болтов 4 метду двум  жесткими пластинами 2 и 3. При этом давление на гофрированные пластины (или пластины с выступами) подбираетс  таким, чтобы контактные площадки в области соприкосновени  гофр или выступов были равны 5-14 мм. После этого пакет пластин с обоймой помещают в ванну 5 с кле щим веществом 6. После определенной экспозиции пакет с обоймой извлекают. В ванне 5 с раствором кле щего вещества при нахождении Б ней пакета возбуждают ультразвуковые колебани . При выдержке пакета над резервуаром с клеем излишки кле  стекают. In accordance with a broad embodiment of the invention, a novel paper product is comprised of two or more slit sheet packing material layers, each layer having its own slit pattern design to create interlocking layers of expansion sheet packaging materials. Each layer expands to create a three dimensional open netting of cells of hexagons, and the like, and is designed to have limited nesting with its opposing layer, thereby maximizing the thickness of the combined layers as compared to nested layers. Adjacent layers have differing slit patterns and can be expanded through expander type machinery such that the expansion rates of the differing slit pattern layers can be varied to deliver the same width of exiting expanded material from each layer. 本发明提供了一种多阶密度纸蜂窝芯材的制备方法,包括浸胶工序、预固化工序、涂胶工序、组装工序、固化工序,预固化工序是将浸胶后的蜂窝纸按照需求的孔格大小在波形工装上进行定型预固化,得到波形蜂窝纸;涂胶工序是将芯条胶规律的涂印在波形蜂窝纸的波峰上表面;组装工序是将涂胶后的波形蜂窝纸在工装上进行错位组装,一张波形蜂窝纸波峰的下表面与下一张波形蜂窝纸涂胶之后的波峰上表面进行组装。本发明是在现有蜂窝制备及蜂窝拼接技术基础上设计出的一个新的多密度蜂窝设计和制造方案,可广泛用于对于拼接缝敏感的吸声降噪、吸波等功能性蜂窝芯材的制备。

A cellular honeycomb core structure combprises a concentina-type cellular core formed of fold strips of a width equal to the depth of the cellular structure, so that the core can be folded flat with all the strips parallel and of a width equal to the depth of the core when opended and has closure walls across the ends of the cells constituting the outer faces of the complete structure, these walls being bonded to the transverse cell walls over a bonding area approximately equal to the cross section of each cell. In a preferred manufacturing method, the facing sheets receive an inner coating of cool foaming platic just before they are applied to the cellular core, in contact with the facing sheets this foam expands forming a plug in the open end of each cell so that the facing sheets are firmly bonded to the core itself.

The cell-like material is formed from strips, which have been connected at distances to each other. The strips consist of resin-impregnated fibre material, or aluminium foil, and have cut-out grooves in each of the sections, in which they are connected, and in each intermediate section. Each groove has a depth of between 4 and 15% of the strip width. All cells have a hexagonal cross section. The cell structure may be formed by welding or bonding together a series of zig-zag strips to an adjacent similar pair, with the grooves already formed.
