Изобретение относится к регулирующему устройству для изменения положения с возможностью поворота двух деталей автомобиля относительно друг друга. Регулирующее устройство содержит шпиндель, закрепленный на одной детали автомобиля с возможностью поворота вокруг первой поворотной оси, регулирующий привод, имеющий корпус привода и посредством шпиндельной гайки находящийся в зацеплении со шпинделем, и размещенное на другой детали автомобиля крепление, которое устанавливает регулирующий привод на другой детали автомобиля с возможностью поворота вокруг второй поворотной оси. Крепление образовано U-образной пластиковой поддерживающей скобой (3). Поддерживающая скоба имеет две опорные поверхности (33, 34) на своих плечах, которые обеспечивают гладкую опору для установки регулирующего привода (22). Опорные поверхности (33, 34) по своим очертаниям соответствуют участкам цилиндрической поверхности, расположенной концентрически относительно второй оси поворота. По опорным поверхностям (33, 34) скользит корпус привода (23) регулирующего привода (22), так что регулирующий привод (22) удерживается между плечами, но при этом располагается с возможностью поворота. The seat belt buckle mounting bracket includes first (200) and second (202) angularly disposed legs, with the first leg (200) attached to the upper track (52) and the second leg (202) attached to a fixed seal belt buckle. The attachment structure mounts the seat belt buckle mounting bracket (102) in a first, normal operating position in which the second leg (202) of the bracket extends upward from a side wall of the upper track (52). The attachment structure permits the seat belt buckle mounting bracket (102) to rotate from the first position under a force applied through the fixed seal belt to a second position in which the second leg (202) of the bracket (102) is substantially aligned with the longitudinal axis of the upper track (52) to place the first and second legs of the bracket in tension with the applied force. The second position provides a strong geometry position for the seat belt buckle mounting bracket (102). The attachment structure also includes a catcher strap (220) connecting the seat belt buckle mounting bracket (102) and upper track (52) to the rear torsion bar or tube (42) to increase the ultimate load before failure, and to transfer the load in a manner so that the load is shared between the buckle bracket and the rear torsion bar for subsequent transmission to the rear riser (80).

A linearly infinitely variable mechanism comprises first and second portions which are relatively axially positionable to establish the effective length of the mechanism. A rotary element is axially captured on the second portion. The operative connection between the first portion and the second portion is via a threaded connection of the first portion with the rotary element. The axial capture of the rotary element comprises a twist lock which, when locked, forcefully abuts the ends of the rotary element to preclude its rotation and prevent a change in the effective length of the mechanism provided that the first and second portions are constrained against relative rotation. When unlocked, the rotary element can rotate within its axial capture so that axial forces applied to the mechanism are effective to change its length. Recesses are provided between the element and the twist lock and contain yieldably resiliently mounted bearings which promote free rotation of the element when unlocked but which retract into the recesses when locked.

A linear recliner assembly in use with a seat having a seat back pivotally engaged relative to a seat bottom. A housing exhibits a communicating interior between a first and second ends. A drive rod is supported in linearly displaceable fashion from the first end and is secured to the seat bottom. The second end pivotally engages the seatback spaced from its pivot point. A rotatable gear located at a fixed lineal position within the housing receives the drive rod in threadably inter-engaged fashion. A trigger mechanism pivotally secured to the housing exhibits a downwardly biased detent communicating through an opening in the housing to seat between succeeding teeth of the gear. A spring supported within the housing contacts the drive rod. Upon release of the detent, a reclining force applied to the seatback results in displacement of the housing against the drive rod to bias the spring. The spring influencing the drive rod in a reverse direction such that, upon release of said detent when the seatback is in the reclined position, the spring influences the seatback to reverse pivot to a returned upright position.

A side bolster adjustment apparatus of a vehicle seat may include a guide frame which is mounted to a seat back frame, and is formed with a guide groove; a slider which slides along a direction in which a bolster protrudes from a seat back, which is the longitudinal direction of the guide groove, by a guide means formed in the guide groove; a lead screw which is provided to penetrate the slider, and is mounted in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove; a motor which is coupled to the lead screw and selectively rotate the lead screw; and a bolster plate which is coupled to the slider, and rotates around a vertical longitudinal direction of the seat back by operation of the slider.
