Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckung für eine Öffnung in einem Fahrzeugaufbau- oder -ausstattungsteil, mit einem an einer Halterung angeordneten und zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung schwenkbaren Deckel. Sie löst die Aufgabe, die Abdeckung so zu gestalten, daß die für eine Schwenkbewegung des Deckels in die Offenstellung zwischen diesem und dem Fahrzeugaufbau- oder -ausstattungsteil erforderliche Bewegungsfuge erheblich verschmälert werden kann. Dazu weist die Halterung eine Kulissenführung mit einer Führungskulisse (4) und Gleitelemente (6; 6a) auf. An electronic device having a unitary housing is disclosed. The device can include a first housing component having an open cavity, an internal electronic part disposed within the cavity, a second housing component disposed across the cavity, and a support feature disposed within the cavity and arranged to support the second housing component. The first housing component can be formed from metal, while the second housing component can be formed from a plurality of laminated foil metal layers. The second housing component can be attached to the first housing component via one or more ultrasonic welds, such that a fully enclosed housing is created. The fully enclosed housing can be hermetically sealed, and the outside surfaces thereof can be machined or otherwise finished after the ultrasonic welding.

A reconfigurable console assembly includes, but is not limited to, a stationary wall adapted for attachment to a vehicle. The assembly further includes a reconfigurable wall having a stationary end, a movable end, and a substantially constant length. The stationary end is attached to the stationary wall and the movable end moves between a stowed position and a deployed position. The reconfigurable wall flexes along a longitudinal axis as the movable end moves between the stowed and deployed positions. The stationary wall and the reconfigurable wall define a storage bin when the movable end is in the deployed position. The assembly further includes a constraining element connected to the movable end. The constraining element constrains the movable end to remain in the stowed position when the movable end is in the stowed position and to remain in the deployed position when the movable end is in the deployed position.

A pocket member includes a flat-shaped first floor portion located forward and extending substantially horizontally and a flat-shaped second floor portion located in back of the first floor portion and rising obliquely rearward from the first floor portion. A trim recess portion recessed outward in a vehicle width direction is formed at a portion which is located above a trim opening portion and between a door armrest portion and a speaker storage portion which respectively protrude toward a vehicle-compartment side. The trim recess portion is configured to extend obliquely forward and upward from the trim opening portion along the direction substantially perpendicular to the second floor portion. Accordingly, an appropriate storage position of any stored bottle containers, regardless of its size (a large-sized one, a small-sized one) can be provided.

A vehicle seat ( 10 ) has a back rest ( 12 ), with a rear face provided with a pocket ( 15 ) in which items may be stored. A cover flap ( 19 ) is provided and is movable between a lowered position in which it covers an opening of the pocket and a raised position for allowing access to the pocket. A covering device for a storage compartment of a vehicle includes a cover that is slidably mounted for movement between a closed position and an open position. An actuating element is arranged on the cover for manually actuating the cover to be moved along a movement direction between the closed position and the open position. In the closed position a latching part of the cover engages a projection to lock the cover in the closed position. A spring bias is provided to bias the latching part of the cover into engagement with the projection when the cover is in the closed position. The latching part and the projection are engaged in such a way that a locking action of the latching part on the projection is released by manual actuation of the actuating element in the movement direction.

A positioning apparatus for seat headrest posts in vehicle , comprising: a retractable rod , at least two clamping units and a connection joint unit;wherein the retractable rod having an extendible rod able to extend and retract; a locking assembly being disposed on the outer surface of the retractable rod; the locking assembly being able to fasten the position after lateral adjustment of the retractable rod;the two clamping units being disposed on the retractable rod for clamping onto the posts of seat headrest; andthe connection joint unit being disposed to the end of the extendible rod for engaging an object to be mounted here.2. The positioning apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one of the two clamping units is fixed to one end of the retractable rod and the other is mounted to a rod body of the retractable rod and able to move linearly along the rod body.3.
