Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Glasdach für ein Kraftfahrzeug aus einer im Wesentlichen die gesamte Dachfläche zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Fahrzeugdach-Querträger bildenden und fest mit der Karosserie verbindbaren ersten Glasscheibe (1), die einen als Lüftungsöffnung dienenden, auf allen Seiten von der Glasscheibe umgebenden Abschnitten (2) aufweist, in dem eine zweite, den Ausschnitt dicht verschließende und öffenbare Glasscheibe (3) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Glasscheibe (1) aus einer Verbundglasscheibe aus zwei in ihren Randbereichen jeweils Druckspannungen in Höhe von wenigstens 8 MPA aufweisenden Einzelglasscheiben (4, 5) besteht, dass die Ecken (8) der Lüftungsöffnung (2) mit einem Radius (R) von wenigstens 15 mm vorzugsweise über 60 mm gerundet sind und dass die Glasscheibe (1) eine dreidimensionale Biegung aufweist.

DOLLAR A Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, dass das Außenblech (12) und das Innenblech (1) sowie das Verstärkungsblech (11) der Seitenwand und der Spriegel in einer Ebene miteinander verschweißt werden, wobei der Spriegel (3) im Bereich der Verbindung eine wellenförmige Struktur erhält, so dass er entweder im Kontakt steht mit dem Innenblech (1) oder dem Außenblech (12). Auf diese Weise können Schweißpunkte gesetzt werden, die höchstens drei Lagen miteinander verbinden.

A vehicular ceiling assembly includes a ceiling board, a functional component, a bracket including a mount and a shock absorber. The bracket is mounted to an upper surface of the ceiling board to fix the functional component to the ceiling board. A vehicle structure includes: a framework member; an outer panel disposed at the outer side of the framework member, and that configures a design face of the vehicle; a foamed member disposed as a reinforcing material between the framework member and the outer panel, and that is formed from a material foamed at a first temperature from a precursor state and then solidifies at a second temperature lower than the first temperature; and a reinforcement member that is interposed between the outer panel and the foamed member in a state in which the outer panel and the foamed member are respectively joined together so as to fix the foamed member to the outer panel, and that is configured from a material having a smaller shrinkage ratio than a shrinkage ratio of the foamed member when the temperature is lowered from the first temperature to the second temperature. 1. A header beam couples between A-pillars of a vehicle frame. The present disclosure provides a composite tube and a method for producing a composite tube for a vehicle body. The method includes the steps of: providing a metal tube; forming the tube into a prespecified shape; introducing a spray gun into the tube; and spraying on a fiber coating in at least one region of the inner side of the tube using the spray gun. The fiber coating is a matrix material with embedded fibers. The method further includes removing the spray gun from the tube, and hardening the fiber coating. A panel retention structure , comprising:a roof panel being made of resin, the roof panel including a panel body forming a design surface and a retention portion protruding downwardly relative to the panel body, the retention portion including a retention wall extending along the panel body, the retention wall being formed with a first hole opening in a vehicle height direction;a base panel being made of metal, the base panel being joined to the roof panel with an adhesive agent, the base panel being formed with a second hole opening in the vehicle height direction and facing the first hole, the base panel supporting the roof panel; anda retention member including a head portion, a neck portion and a flange portion being provided in the aforementioned order from an end of the retention member; whereinthe neck portion includes a dimension which is set smaller than a dimension of the first hole and a dimension of the second hole, and passes through the first hole and the second hole,the head portion is in contact with a confronting surface serving as the surface of the retention wall facing the panel body in one of a state where the head portion is elastically in contact with the panel body, and a state where an elastic ...
