Process comprises introducing the whole of a liquid feed together with a liquid recycle feed and H2 into a fixed bed hydrogenation zone, cooling the effluent so that 30-75% of the hydrocarbon vapours condense, separating the resulting liquid and vapour phases, at least part of the liquid phase being recycled to the first zone and at least part of the vapour being passed to at least one other hydrogenation zone with a fixed bed catalyst, there being no substantial recycle of the condensed effluent from the second zone to the first zone. Advantages are (1) higher overall yield; (2) reduced aromatic content of product; (3) less heat required due to hot liquid recycle feed; (4) smaller exchangers; (5) lower H2 consumption because of increase in H2 concentration in viscosity of catalyst in second zone.

A high speed case opener is comprised of an ingress section, and transition section, and an egress section. Boxes entering the high speed case opener on a conveyor are cut by a pair of rotating blades mounted on either side of the conveyor. Movement of the box is paused after it is cut and the trajectory of the box is redirected 90° by operation of a redirection means located within the transition section. After being so redirected, the box enters the egress section where a pair of rotating blades cut the box on the two previously uncut sides, forming a lid which can be readily removed to access the contents of the box. Once case packaging has been removed, the decant workstation separates and organizes the eaches, and drops them into totes waiting beneath the workstation. 1. A system for decanting cases of eaches in a supply chain , the system comprising:a work surface configured to receive a case of eaches;a separation module configured to receive eaches after removal of the case, the separation module further configured to separate and organize eaches for delivery to one or more totes.2. 本发明公开了一种卧式垃圾破袋,包括一个顶部设有下料口的封闭的箱体,在箱体上设有固定的凸轮机构和由电动机带动旋转的动刀机构和风机,箱体上还设有与动刀机构相交的定刀机构,对应其底部设有V型槽,V型槽底部设有U型排料槽;通过所述动刀机构沿凸轮机构旋转伸缩,动刀与定刀相配合,将塑料袋撕裂、破碎,落入排料槽,并通过风机在U型排料槽中将硬质物及以未粉碎的料袋与符合要求的塑料碎片分离和筛选,并将残余物自排料口排出,至此完成垃圾的破袋粉碎与硬质物分离过程。该装置能够避开硬质物、保护刀具、不粉碎硬质物及改善刀架结构、紧固刀架,其合理规划刀具布局,达到最大程度地粉碎垃圾塑料袋,分离塑料碎片与杂质,其机械结构简单、安全性能高、工作效率高。

本发明公开了一种自动开袋系统及其控制方法。自动开袋系统包括物料袋输送装置、开袋装置和抓袋装置。物料袋输送装置用于输送物料袋。开袋装置包括机架、托架和割刀。机架固定设置,托架设置于机架上且位于物料袋输送装置的下游以接收物料袋。且托架包括在宽度方向间隔设置的至少两个支撑杆。割刀位于相邻的两个支撑杆之间的间隙处且相对于托架可动地设置以割破包装袋。抓袋装置设置于开袋装置的上方,且用于抓住包装袋。自动开袋系统利用物料袋输送装置将物料袋输送到开袋装置的托架上,控制割刀将包装袋割破形成破口,这样物料可通过破口落下,并控制抓袋装置抓住外侧的包装袋来实现物料和包装袋的分离,进而实现自动开袋,提高开袋效率。
