In order to avoid uncontrolled release of fragrance into environment there is a facility for time-controlled release of fragrance, which is installed on the corking device, with the help of which activation of fragrance release is executed as a reaction at realisation of the opening process. The specified device comprises a reservoir (30, 60, 90), where fragrance is placed, besides, the reservoir has walls opened during opening, at the same time the fragrance is applied onto the manipulated section (21, 50, 81). TAB AND ECOLOGY END

A tab for use with an easy opening end structure. The tab is formed of metal sheet material and includes a lifting end and an opening end with an ear between. The ear includes an aperture through which a rivet may extend for attachment of the tab to an end wall. Spaced side legs are formed of a curled double layer of sheet material and extend between the opening end and at least to the rear of the ear. The opening end is formed of multiple layers of sheet material. One of the multiple layers forms the opening end of the tab and includes finger means extending towards the lifting end of the tab and positioned within the double layer of the spaced side legs. The finger means includes flange means extending lengthwise thereof to form ribs stiffening said tab along its length. The tabs may be made of thinner sheet metal than prior art structures without risk of the tab breaking.

An apparatus and method of orienting and decorating container end closures is provided. More specifically, the present invention relates to apparatus and methods used to position container end closures in a predetermined orientation and then decorate a predetermined portion of the end closures.

FIELD: manufacturing technology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes repeatedly closed fitment for container with a function of its opening, having lower part (2), where cutting element (3) is installed. Due to interaction of dog (42) in closing screw cap (4) with dog (32) in cutting element (3) at first opening moves in lower part (2) to its end position. Sealing device is equipped with at least one first not allowing rotation of retainer (5, 50) which cutting element remains in its final position and cannot move upward again randomly at opening of screw cap or move down as a result of any relative displacements of both parts and fall in container. First retainer (5) which does not allow rotation is formed by rib (50) with inner side of nose (20), interacting with a groove in form of flattening (35) on cutting element (3). Additionally, second retainer (5) which does not all rotation can be provided, formed by thrust ledge (52), which is located at output end (51) of internal thread (24) of nose (20) and resting against inlet end (36) of external thread (31) of cutting element (3). A handle 8 may be provided whereby the disc 6 may be torn from the peripheral flange 5 around the line 10, thereby opening the container. The flanges 4 and 5 may be sealed together by high frequency, supersonic or thermal welding, or by chemical binding. In a further embodiment the disc is connected to the peripheral flange through two lines of weakening (33, 34), Fig. 4 (not shown), defining a tear strip (32) which may be removed by pulling a tab (28), Fig. 5 (not shown), thereby separating the disc from the container.
