Therefore, the side boards intersect and subsequently interlock with each other to form a packaging protective frame, which is inlaid at a set distance from the edge around the load bearing base to form a paper pallet for packaging. An apparatus for storing, transporting and dispensing conveyor belts is described. The apparatus, in the form of a crate, has top and bottom conventional pallets, allowing for easy handling and strength for additional stacked crates. The center of the crate holds a hub assembly that moves rotationally, and allows smooth transition from consecutive layers of the conveyor belt wrapped thereon. During shipment, the roll of conveyor belt lies on its side. In one embodiment, a center pipe axle of the spool passes through holes in the top and bottom pallets. Alternatively, the center pipe axle passes through channels created between planks of the top and bottom pallets. These configurations secure the roll in the crate, and allow it to turn freely when loaded or unloaded.

A reinforced plastic pallet comprises a twin sheet deck structure and three twin sheet runner structures which are fused to the underside of the deck to create three parallel spaced-apart footprints, the spacing between them forming one set of forklift openings. The deck is fabricated from two thermoformed plastic sheets which are peripherally joined together. The lower sheet is formed with upwardly extending spacer knobs which are fused to the under surface of the top sheet to further join the two sheets together. A frame of reinforcing beams is encapsulated into the interior space of the upper deck. The runner structures are also of twin sheet construction and some of them contain reinforcing rods. The pallet design of the present invention includes a top deck, a bottom skid, and several posts for providing support between the top deck and bottom skid. Within each pallet post is a steel tube reinforcement that is overmolded directly into the bottom skid, or is assembled after the pallet post is molded. The supports, which are typically hollow posts, are molded onto either the top deck or bottom skid, and a thermoplastic weld or adhesive joint is applied to the posts to complete the assembly. The palled having the integrated posts and reinforcements provides an economical approach of reinforcing pallet posts to absorb tow fork impact.

The disclosure discloses an assembled plastic tray, including a main board and strakes fixed at two sides of the mainboard, wherein, the mainboard includes two rib frames and a plurality of strip-shaped pad feel uniformly distributed between the two rib frames. A bulk bin has a perimeter wall and first and second floor panels hingedly joined to the perimeter wall. Each floor panel is selectively foldable from a stowed position to a deployed position. In some embodiments, the first floor panel has a first tab and a first hole and the second floor panel has a second tab and a second hole. The first tab is configured for being selectively received in the second hole for interlocking engagement with the second floor panel, and the second tab is configured for being selectively received in the first hole for interlocking engagement with the first floor panel to secure the first and second floor panels in the deployed position. In certain embodiments, the perimeter wall includes multiple wall portions foldably joined together. A pallet includes a deck having an opening therethrough, such that product can be removed through the opening from a box loaded on the deck of a pallet. A plurality of columns support the deck. The box may be supported on the deck over the opening. The bottom wall of the box may be opened though the opening in the deck. The items can then be removed from the box through the opening through the deck without removing the box from the pallet. A transport pallet, in the form of a square or rectangular board, is particularly suited for air transport. The transport pallet is formed to a large extent from plastics material. It has at least two intersecting reinforcing struts formed from a fiber-reinforced composite plastics material. The reinforcing struts lie adjacent each other via notches stabilizing the relative positions, constituting a plug-type connection. The transport pallet further has a plate-like core of mechanically stable foamed plastics material formed by several part-cores. The core is attached to or surrounds the reinforcing struts and holds the same in a stable position. The foamed plastics material core is sheathed by the fiber-reinforced composite plastics layer. The lateral edges of the pallet board thus formed are reinforced by light alloy profiled members pulled over the edges.

Many of them are slightly damaged and could be useful for their intended purpose if repaired. Instead, these pallets are sitting in a landfill or in lots or fields, adding to the polluted state of our environment. I want to change this. I want to create jobs by starting up a company that will secure “useless” pallets preferably before they are sent to the landfill or abandoned in lots or fields.SPECIFICATION: Recycle abandoned pallets (landfill, lots, fields, etc.) into useful products, such as mulch, starter wood, animal houses, furniture, ashes, animal bedding and the like. Recycling these pallets will help clean up the environment (remove tons of pallets from the environment), give an incentive for companies to properly dispose of their pallets (companies will no longer have to pay to dump their pallets at the landfill), and simultaneously create jobs.

A pallet cover suitable for use in covering at least a portion of a payload on a pallet and a kit for use in making the pallet cover. In one embodiment, the pallet cover includes a top wall, a front wall, a rear wall, a left side wall, and a right side wall, wherein the walls are detachably joined to one another. Each of the top wall, the front wall, the rear wall, the left side wall, and the right side wall includes a first fabric sheet and a second fabric sheet, the first and second fabric sheets being joined together to form a plurality of pockets. Each pocket may removably receive a temperature-control member containing a phase-change material. At least one of the top wall, the front wall, the rear wall, the left side wall and the right side wall includes a plurality of detachably joined portions. 1. A pallet cover suitable for use in covering at least a portion of a payload on a pallet , the pallet cover comprising:(a) a top wall;(b) a front wall;(c) a rear wall;(d) a left side wall; and(e) a right side wall;(f) wherein each of said top wall, said front wall, said rear wall, said left side wall, and said right side wall comprises at least one pocket for receiving a temperature-control member, and wherein at least one of said top wall, said front wall, said rear wall, said left side wall, and said right side wall further comprises a temperature-control member disposed in at least one of said pockets, and wherein at least one of said top wall, said front wall, said rear wall, said left side wall and said right side wall has an adjustable length.2.
