When no dispensing force is applied to the product volume, the product volume has an undeformed state and a first interior volume. When a dispensing force is applied to the product volume, the product volume is resiliently deformable to a deformed state in which the product volume is reduced to a second interior volume less than the first interior volume, and the dispenser can dispense at least some of the fluent product from the product volume. When the dispensing force is released, the product volume fully restores itself to the undeformed state.

A combination of a container made out of rolled laminated plastic or rolled laminated metal, combined with a child-resistant locking assembly between the container and a cap removably affixed to the container. The container includes a closed rear end, a front wall and a flexible sidewall between the closed rear end and the front. The cap includes a central post inserted into a dispensing opening in a dispensing nozzle of the contain to reduce the possibility of contents in the container seeping out of the dispensing nozzle after the sealing cap is affixed to the nozzle. In addition, a retaining cover is retained on the sealing cap and the retaining cover retains a concealed permanent magnet which enables the retaining cover to rest on a metal shelf so that the remainder of the container extends vertically upward from the retaining cover. 1. A film bag for storing a fluid, in particular a reagent or an auxiliary agent for a biochemical analysis method, includes a film, a seam, and an irreversibly destructible predetermined breaking point. The film is impermeable to the fluid and constituents of the fluid. The seam is formed in a fluid-tight manner between a first sub-region of the film and a second sub-region of the film and forms the film into a fluid-tight bag for accommodating the fluid. The bag is configured to be arranged in a chamber of a device that provides a fluid for a biochemical evaluating unit. The predetermined breaking point is formed from the film and is fluid-tight when a fluid pressure in the film bag is below a limit. The predetermined breaking point is destroyed when the fluid pressure is above the limit. 1. A film bag for storing a fluid , comprising:a film that is impermeable to the fluid and constituent parts of the fluid, the film having a first part region and a second part region;a seam arranged between the first part region of the film and the second part region of the film, the seam being configured in a fluid-tight manner such that the film forms into a fluid-tight bag configured to receive the fluid, the bag being configured to be arranged in a chamber of a device configured to provide a fluid for a biochemical evaluation unit,wherein the film defines an irreversibly destructible predefined breaking point that is (i) fluid-tight when a fluid pressure in the film bag is less than a limit value and (ii) destroyed when the fluid pressure is greater than the limit value.2.
