A bottle packaging for shipment includes a bottom tray, and a top tray made of molded pulp fiber, such as newspaper pulp, and a cardboard partition support structure disposed between the trays. Cavities formed in the bottom and top trays are arranged to engage both ends of a bottle and include crushable elements that can axially engage each bottle. The support partition may be made of corrugated cardboard material and be arranged such that the cardboard flutes provide support for loads imparted to the sides of the carton when the carton is laying on its side. The partition forms a void surrounding each bottle in the area of its labels. In this way, structural support and cushioning can be provided to the packaged bottles from all directions.

A packaging container with anti-counterfeit effect is a hexagonal packaging box, wherein, an insertion tongue ( 13 ) formed by bending a cover board ( 10 ) along a folding line ( 12 ) is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. From the insertion tongue ( 13 ), at least one sealing strip ( 11 ) is separated and connected to the cover board ( 10 ) at the folding line ( 12 ). The sealing strip ( 11 ) is not inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box along with the insertion tongue ( 13 ), but is pressed on the corresponding outer surface of a second panel ( 30 ) and securely connected with the panel. A tearing line ( 70 ) is provided on the second panel ( 30 ). The packaging container provides a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit and a new buckle arrangement, thus improving the anti-counterfeit effect of the packaging box, bringing about a more attractive products packaging, saving cost and meeting environmental protection requirements.

A bottle packaging for shipment includes a bottom tray, and a top tray made of molded pulp fiber, such as newspaper pulp, and a cardboard partition support structure disposed between the trays. Cavities formed in the bottom and top trays are arranged to engage both ends of a bottle and include crushable elements that can axially engage each bottle. The support partition may be made of corrugated cardboard material and be arranged such that the cardboard flutes provide support for loads imparted to the sides of the carton when the carton is laying on its side. The partition forms a void surrounding each bottle in the area of its labels. In this way, structural support and cushioning can be provided to the packaged bottles from all directions.

An extendable display package shipping system including a display package having a slide wall able to be lowered for shipping and raised for display, a product mounted to the slide wall in the display package and able to move between a collapsed position when the slide wall is lowered and a display position when the slide is raised. Two display packages, with slide walls lowered, are placed in a shipping carton and an insert is placed over the display packages in the carton. Each slide wall includes a hand opening and the insert includes aligned hand openings. A box bracket assembly including a box and an insert for protecting and holding a bottle securely within the box. The insert includes vertical support panels having apertures for holding the bottle. Support aperture edges hold the bottle in place centrally in an inner cavity between the support panels. The support apertures are formed in two parallel support panels. Support panels may be linked by a base. Extending from the sides of the support panels are brackets which fold along a bracket hinge to form a 90° angle with the support panels.
